Only the One who made you, can put the right price tag on you. We often times undervalue ourselves because we were taught to settle.
You are allowed to put yourself first sometimes. You're not being self-centered if you want to focus on your spiritual health which is link to your mental, emotional and physical health.
The best thing you can ever do as an unbeliever is to turn your life over to God, the One who made you. And the best thing you can do as a believer is to trust God will all your heart. Let Him be your ride or die!
Do you know that you are special? That there is no one else like you? It's not enough to believe that you are special if you dont believe or trust in the One that made you special. Jesus said he will send a comforter unto us when He ascends into heaven, the Holy Ghost. A spirit that we must constantly feed to fight in the battle that we cannot see with our own two eyes.
You do not exist outside of God. Read the entire chapter or Matthew 13 to get the fill picture. Outside of the Kingdom, you will be blind and deaf to the things of God.
If you have been putting off the things of God to do anything else, God is saying to wake up! Awake from your slumber! Don't just allow yourself or your environment to be empty, swept and garnished but empty, swept, garnished and filled up with God!!
Let us not miss out on what God has for us simply because we ignore his message or automatically reject His voice because it speaks something that we do not want to hear. It is easy to get distracted especially when we run after the things of this world. Let us hunger and thirst for the things of God and allow self to die daily.
