Today, we want to dive into a heavy yet crucial topic: how depression can destroy dreams and what we can do about it. We’ll explore this through the lens of John 10:10, which says, “The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.” Depression might destroy dreams, but with Jesus, we can rebuild them, one step at a time.
Do you want to know God more? Do you want Him to show you His great plans for your life? Do you want to know His secrets? This episode will reveal several ways we can get to know God more. After this episode, we see you becoming a friend of God and learning His secrets. According to Psalm 25:14 "The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant."
Genesis 2:2: "And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. "

This episode is about living by grace. Here are some verses that will help you discover what grace means and how you can receive God's grace every day because it really is enough:
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—not by works, so that no one can boast." - Ephesians 2:8-9
"For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age." - Titus 2:11-12
"But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me." - 2 Corinthians 12:9

In this episode of Talk about Salvation, we talk with Daniella, a youth pastor and missionary currently living in Switzerland, about her experiences with the Holy Spirit. Many of us, believers and non-believers, don't really know anything about the person of the Holy Spirit. Only a few of us have known him as a helper, teacher, counsellor, comforter, advocate and strengthener. This is very sad because the Holy Spirit is the most precious gift we can imagine. He wants to teach and help you with all things. And you know what? Jesus Christ has promised us this precious and free gift if we accept Him as our personal Lord and Saviour. You will no longer have to feel alone, on the contrary, the Spirit will always be in and with you. He makes your life easier.
Listen to Daniella's invaluable experience with the Holy Spirit. We hope you will be blessed as you learn from her experience.

“I will send you the Helper from the Father. The Helper is the Spirit of truth who comes from the Father. When he comes, he will tell about me too. And you will tell people about me too because you have been with me from the beginning.” John 15:26-27
The Holy Spirit is the promised gift of Jesus Christ to all who believe in Him. He is the most precious gift we as human beings can ever receive. We first encounter the Holy Spirit when He convicts us of our sins and shows us that we cannot save ourselves from our sins. But the day we fall on our knees, repent and confess our sins, we receive salvation. From now on, the Holy Spirit renews our dead inner human spirit and makes it receptive to the things of God. More than that, the Holy Spirit wants to enable us and help us live a life pleasing to God alone.
Stay blessed, as you listen.

In this episode of Talk about Salvation, we talk with Christelle, who is based in France, about what salvation means to her and what happened after she received Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. Christelle recognizes that salvation has a price. But salvation also means transformation. From Christelle who was frustrated with life, impatient, never happy and always angry, Christelle is transformed into a new creature. Christelle is a living testimony and laughs without fear of the future.

In this episode, we talk about the meaning of salvation. "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God." - Ephesians 2:8
Salvation is God's righteousness at work in us when we accept His plan. It is by grace and faith that we publicly confess that Jesus Christ is our personal Lord and Saviour. We do not make this confession from our human mind, for it does not understand why we need to be saved and what we need to be saved from. It does not understand the magnitude and transforming power of Christ crucified for all humanity. But by grace, through faith, we believe in Jesus Christ and receive the free gift of eternal life and the keys to the Kingdom of God, which enable us to do the works of God on earth.

Today begins our next series based on the book "Saved, What Next?". This series will expose specific questions raised in each chapter of the book. For example, this episode addresses the question, "Have you counted the costs of following Jesus Christ?" How much are you willing to give up to live a life after Christ? Are you willing to follow Christ even if people reject you? Are you willing to follow Christ even when you face trials and temptations? Whatever answer you give to these questions, know that in all this, you have already overcome the constraints of this world in Jesus Christ. The cost of following Jesus will be nothing compared to what you will gain.
We hope this episode will bless you.

"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom. I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favour to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all." These verses from Ecclesiastes 9:9-10 sum up perfectly the life of our special guest, Thelma Teetee Ahamba. Thelma's life has not always been rosy, but her driving force has been God, even though this has not been the case from the beginning. When depression consumes us, we may feel that there is nothing left to live for. But the day we receive the good news that says: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whoever will believe in Him should not perish but have everlasting life", we realise that our lives count every second. And the more we renew our minds with the Word of God, the more we win the battle against depression. Our special guest, Benny, shares with us today how he was redeemed from depression, receiving the joy of the Lord, which he still can't explain today, but is passionate about sharing with others. In this episode, we have another special guest. TJ is 19 years old and his passion is to create a more Kingdom-like culture. In today's society, many, believers and non-believers alike, struggle with and are addicted to lustful desires, such as pornography, masturbation and other lusts. They want to overcome them but simply cannot. TJ helps us understand how we can use God's Word to overcome addictions and lustful desires, reminding us of the verse in 1 Corinthians 10:13 "No temptation has come to you except that which is common to men. And God is faithful: he will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also offer you a way out so that you can bear it."
This is a powerful episode and we believe it will deliver many people from lust. Please, share this episode with those around you who need to hear this message.

Hello there,
Our Chosen Gen series continues with great inspiring voices. Today, our special guest is Desiree. She is a gender and sustainable infrastructure consultant and has worked with global organisations such as the World Bank, the World Food Programme, the International Fund for Agricultural Development and the German Agency for International Development. Desiree shows us that fulfilment and joy can be found in God alone through Christ, having tried various paths such as yoga and meditation, but to no avail.
Her experience is indeed a testament to Jeremiah 29:13 where it says, "You will seek me, and if you seek me with all your heart, you will find me." We encourage you to continue seeking God with all of your heart. Then, you will discover that you are chosen and called to be part of God's great plan.
Stay blessed.

Can we imagine a new us with the same mindset as last year? Is it possible to see a transformation taking place with the same old attitude? We can answer all these questions with a no. But the good news is that each new year gives us a new opportunity to change and become a new person. Each new year makes us understand the power behind new beginnings.
As you listen to today's episode, we hope you remain blessed. Don't forget to share this message with the people around you if you know that it will also bless them.

What is gratitude? I believe gratitude is an attitude. It is an active act, an act that not only looks at the present state but allows us to examine our lives. You will agree that life has not always been unfair to you. You will agree with me that you are breathing right now and not wondering where the grace to breathe comes from? You will agree with me that you slept last night and woke up this morning - where does this grace to live come from?
Gratitude helps us to see beyond our current state. Gratitude is the power that overcomes the reality we are trying to escape because it creates a new possible reality, a reality according to God's vision. I believe that the less grateful we are, the more we tend to see a dark future ahead of us. But the more grateful we are, the more we can seize all the opportunities God has provided for our lives. Gratitude helps to overcome the sad reality, the hopeless situation, gratitude is a medicine that heals.

Some people get a gift at least ten times a year. Meanwhile, some people have never been given a gift in their life. But there is a gift for every one of us, God's gift. It is a gift that is spiritually available to all, regardless of your social, religious, or cultural background, skin color, or status. Just like the physical gift, it is also difficult for many people to accept this spiritual gift. Find out which gift God wants to give us in this Advent season.

Sometimes, we seem to have understood it all. We unquestionably move out from our comfort zone and there we take the steps God has placed in our hearts. Our focus is on Jesus. We see him standing whilst calling us to walk further to him. We are walking. And then we realize that we are walking on the water. Suddenly, fear pops in. We forget who is before us. We forget who makes the water still and the wind ceases. We only focus on the fact that we are standing on the water, which is impossible for our human eyes.
In this episode, we encourage you to fix your eyes on Jesus because he is ready to catch you at the moment you are about to drown.
We hope you are blessed as you listen. Also, don't forget to share this episode with your friends and family so that we can grow together.

Especially when we are in the last few months of the year, we start trying to do much to achieve the goals we set at the beginning of the year. Even when we still have much to accomplish, God is calling us to rest. In this episode, we are talking about the law of rest. It is a commandment from God and very often we do not obey it. God has established a universal law that says our bodies need proper rest in order to function. Truth is, we can't follow God and hear Him accurately if our bodies are exhausted.
We hope this episode blesses you, as you listen. Also do not forget to share with the people around you if you have been blessed.

How have we been doing in caring for God's creation?
In this episode we are takling about how we have been called to guard our earth. It is our responsibility to protect God's creation and this responsibility has been entrusted to us.
Then God said, “Let us make humankind in our image, according to our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the wild animals of the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.” Genesis 1:26-28.
Rather than giving human beings rights over nature, these verses give us the responsibility to care for nature in a way that is consistent with God’s will. We hope this episode helps you reflect on how we can protect our earth.

Hi dear,
On today's episode we are talking about pleasing God to overcome the trap of people pleasing. But how? How do we build a healthy sense of pleasing people in the way that we do not please them for their approval? Is it possible to please and not be a people pleaser?
We believe it starts with the renewing of our mind. The moment we accept Christ as our personal Lord and saviour, something entirely new begins. We are being shaped into becoming a new man, a new creature, as we give up old habits and are becoming free from dependence and insecurity. We are called to renew our mind. We are called to no longer be conformed with the pattern of this world. Above all, we are called to please God by doing His will instead of trying to fit in to the pattern of this world by pleasing others.
We hope this episode blesses you. Please, do share with your friends and family.

Hi dear,
In this episode, we are discussing how we were led to create the Kingdomliving planner and journal. It is indeed not always easy to focus on God every day when the stressful hustle and bustle of everyday life catches up with us. Nevertheless, we at Kingdomliving believe that it is possible to know God especially in the stress and hustle and bustle. We believe that even in challenges it is possible to be oriented towards God without losing sight of Him. Our mission is to show that Matthew 6:33 "Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all other things will be added to you", can become your lifestyle for 2022. As you listen to this episode, remain blessed.

Have you ever experienced a situation when you have planned a get-together with a good friend, whom you have not seen for a long while ago? For whatsoever reason, your friend called to cancel the meeting. This certainly is disappointing, but believe us, it is human. We learn to do with disappointments when we have a firm source to run to and rely on. That source is God. In this episode, we are takling about the differences between trusting in God's promises and man's promises. We believe it will bless you.
Please, do share this with your friends and loved ones, especially if you have been blessed.

There is an art that have to be learnt in every specific field. Teachers have to master the art of teaching, doctors the art of treating patience, engineers the art of problem-solving, and lawyers the art of logical argumentation and persuasion. Every single field in life requires an art. This is not different when it comes to building our relationship with God.
We hope you remain blessed, as you listen to today's episode.

What is an attractive body with a dead spirit? What is an attractive body with a dead soul? The same way we pay attention to what we take into our physical body, we need to pay even more attention to what we take into our spiritual body. Many of us are in starvation and thirst. Their spirit is dried up. A single drop of water would satisfy them. Just a single drop of God's Word.
