Memories Unleashed offers Alberto (a self-proclaimed introvert) the chance to connect with an audience by making them critique, laugh, or connect with his catalogue of personal stories, as well as the stories surrounding the people and places in his life.

Alberto gives an update about the future of the show. He also tells 4 short stories from various points of his life, including the time he cried in a theater during college and the story of an unexpected method school administrators used to handle a vandalism case during the 5th grade.
In this episode, Alberto talks about his time figuring out how to feed himself during his sophomore year of college. He goes on about his lack of cooking skills coming into that year, the poor eating habits he took up, why he spent so little time and money on food, and the circumstances that he and many others face when trying to feed themselves during and after college. A friendly reminder to take care of yourselves. Your well-being comes before anything else.
It's another college story! In this episode, Alberto talks about the time he went to a party and had no idea who was there or what to do. It's another fine example of his social-awkwardness.
In this episode, Alberto brings in his friend Salvador Villafana as the first guest on the show! The two of them engage in a conversation about Salvador's two passions (medicine and comedy) and how he explores ways to combine the two within the medical field. Salvador also speaks about finding his space during college, the story behind the big reaction he got at a comedy show, his ideas on what makes acting and comedy so different, and the memories he has acting in a memorable school musical.

Alberto talks about the time when he was (involuntarily) enrolled in a choir class in high school. He goes over his reasons for staying with the class, the routines and lessons that were learned, and his experience performing in front of an audience.

In this episode, Alberto tells the story of his flight to London from Los Angeles during his Junior year at college. He goes over the academic reason for his trip, how he prepared for the discomfort of a 12+ hour flight, and why the plane had to stop in Canada midway through the flight.
The Season Premiere of Memories Unleashed! Alberto is back with the story of a norovirus outbreak that occurred during his freshman year at USC. He goes over the hectic week of events that left many students and their stomachs at the mercy of this virus, including the possible source of the outbreak, how infected students fared against it, and the course of action taken by the school to combat the outbreak.

In the season finale of Memories Unleashed, Alberto tells the story of his encounter with a trespasser at his job during his sophomore year at USC. He recalls his interactions with this person, what they did to be deemed a "trespasser" at USC, what was ultimately done to get this person away from campus.

In this bonus episode, Alberto takes it back to 2019. No stories this week, instead he shares an audio piece recorded on a random day during Junior year of college. In the audio piece, he speaks on the semester, the difficulties of moving back home after the semester, and his preparations for an upcoming trip to the UK.

In this episode of MU, Alberto comes out with another story involving a roommate. This story comes from the summer of 2016, which involves bread, squirt guns, and "good" intentions from peers.
This week will be the first anniversary of the lockdown era here in the States. It's nothing to celebrate, but Alberto does take a look back at the week leading up to the lockdowns, specifically the last days of normalcy and the events leading up to the complete halt of everyday life as we knew it.
