I spend hours mindlessly scrolling through content and snacking on unhealthy treats, filling my post-surf trip void and exhaustion. In this vulnerable receptive state, I stained my consciousness with content aligned with my earthly mission of helping people avoid being taken advantage of by grifters posing as spiritual teachers. I even question if my own process online here is a form of grift or cult-like behavior. Somehow I justify my actions by saying I don’t charge a fee for what I share, and that it’s all a labour of love (although I think it’s a self indulgent.) I’ll let you be the judge as I evolve out loud, while attempting to provide value to your own spiritual growth.

I get triggered when intellectual people think they're more enlightened because they know how to talk about enlightenment. Usually, I feel so dumb, like I don't know how to bring them down a notch or seven; but, I rarely have the bandwidth to even try to take them seriously; so usually, I'll just blabber something absurd at them. I love attention.
The more I see people responding to what I put out there, the more I am encouraged to share and get better. The more I can distill my purpose, the more I’ll be influential…right? I don’t really know much, it’s all an experiment, but what if it doesn’t matter whether I know anything or not. I am a conduit of the mystical muse.
I do have a plan for the show. I will have different themes on a board that I can riff on. I will have props, costume, musical intstruments to help me along. I will have music soundtrack. People will be allowed to dance and move if they need to. They can also remain anonymous and sit in the back, as the stage will be the only place lit up. I will film (perhaps live stream) the on stage portion. I will create my own little reality on stage, as if I’m just tinkering in my room. There are pre-set topics that I will respond to through voice, movement, emotions, words, all together. The audience is the mystery factor that excites me; how will the energy I feel in the air or the people I see affect my expression; that fascinates me, while at the same time I will be guiding the flow from my own perspective.
Meanwhile, if you want to learn more about my inner workings, I just spent two days in the mountains and made some voice notes along the way. Let’s go for a drive, shall we?

Learn the basics of how to consciously cultivate an irreverent alter ego that helps break through culturally conditioned notions of appropriateness, effectively bringing you to a childlike, playful, and innocent perspective towards all that comes and goes.
The underlying intention of the workshop is to detach the consciousness from the conditioned ego identity through embodying absurdity and cringe in a playful, theatrical way. See it as a spiritual improv acting class that will stretch your ability to embody expression (physical and emotional,) and train your nervous system to experience a wider range of expression while maintaining a non-judging attitude (aligned with your awareness essence.) More surface level benefits include elevated mood, feeling more like you can be yourself, and increased creativity, freedom, and connection.
The workshop will take place in a theater space, lucky us. This will be a chance for you to get out of the rain and come stoke the fire inside that wants to burn up your overly curated image of yourself that you take so seriously because it helped you evolve into such a powerful manifestor.
You are invited to consciously take off your masks and put on other masks—weird, silly, cringey, maybe even triggering ones— just to prove to the universe you truly are a liberated starseed.

Life can be a tricky road to navigate, especially with all the signs pointing you this and that way. Are you really in control? Do you need to be? In this episode, I explore what it means to truly honor your deeper self and how that may completely change how we perceive ourselves. We have been indoctrinated to believe in a self-concept, a personality, that must be held up in high esteem and protected at all costs. But in my experience, I don't even need to have a strong identity to be myself; in fact I don't even need to know who I am on a conceptual level to feel complete. I realize this may go over many heads, and even in my own head, I get a bit jumbled about it; however, when this realization is deeply internalized and lived out, it becomes a way for all humans to experience more joy, peace, and freedom in their lives, regardless of what the circumstances are. However, I do not condone taking care of our necessary tasks for survival and integration in the existing physical world; and sometimes, the one thing we do need to do is something so obvious that it sounds ridiculous to our own self concept, especially those prone to get lost in spiritual self concepts, present company included.
