CDI Fridays
CDI Fridays is a podcast based in Coláiste Dun Iascaigh secondary school in Cahir, Co. Tipperary, Ireland. Teachers and students discuss and debate a wide range of topics and ideas each week, with no two shows ever being the same.
Season 3, Episode 1 - a new crew for 2024! In the first episode of a brand new season of CDIFridays, Liam, Caidan and Tadgh join Ms Staunton for a lively discussion on movie favourites, actors and tv shows (0:25), a fantasy teacher boxing match (08:38), and behind the scenes of greyhound racing (17:08).

In Episode 3, Mr Derby is back for his first appearance as host this season. His guests this week are Siobhán, our Formula 1 expert who breaks down all that's been happening in the lighting-fast world of racing (1:06). After that, Emma speaks passionately about her love of writing, and how it is an artform that is beginning to get a little lost in society (15:13). Finally, Ciara teaches the group all about Greek Mythology and her interest in the six main Greek gods (29:11).

CDI Fridays is back! It's Season 2 and there's a whole new bunch of podcasters ready to chat.
This week, Ms Staunton is joined by Odhran to discuss black holes in space (0:42), then Cristiana talks about traditions from her native country of Romania and how they differ to what we do in Ireland (8:29). Finally Mary asks the group about their new year resolutions and breaks down a new book that she is reading at the moment (23:28).
