Thanks for listening!
We talked about Love is Blind season 3 which segued into how when God shines a light on a believers heart how we need to do inventory and make the changes that He wants us to. For us to bear fruit for God, first He will cut/separate things from us for we can receive more of Him. We can make our traditions or personal preference greater than the essentials of the faith. If it's not a non negotiable of the faith we should not let our opinions, denominations, how a person/group of people worship God, etc bring division in our heart and to the body of Christ (the church). But in love come together and learn from each other to bring strength and unity for Gods glory.
In this episode we discuss the importance of those in leadership maintaining their own relationship with God as they direct others in discipleship. Also, we talk about allowing God to direct each persons one on one time with Him. Having our own plans limit God's space to move.
We talk about the fight within ourselves and how the negative voice within us can tells us that we our not good enough or how we can compare ourselves to others. We have to allow God, through His Word for us to know our value and worth in Him. Let us not find validation in others, but in Him. And don't be too hard on yourself and be ok with the way God made you.
So this was an emotional episode to record. We start from the beginning of how God was speaking to our hearts and the process of it all. Also when we believe God is telling us to do something that we do it in order with our spouse and leadership. And always thank you all for listing and your support.

So we started thinking where did that come from and how come that saying has been associated with the black community? Also this Sunday is Fathers Day, so I gave a shout on air to a lot of the Fathers I know (if I missed anyone I apologize I didn't plan to do that) and how important it is for a father who is living for Jesus is supposed to live as an example to his family and honoring God in everything that he do.
