Denver Street Stories
We aim to humanize folks suffering from the housing crisis by offering a platform to express themselves and control their own narrative. Our goal is to amplify homeless and unhoused voices so that we can see people through a lens of compassion and empathy.
Meet Lennie! She loves a good bike ride, and she always has great advice to offer from her life experiences and through her challanges getting housing.
Season two of Denver Street Stories starts with a special interview with Terese of House Keys Action Network. In this interview Terese tells us about a survey given out to over 1000 unhoused folks in the Denver area about their thoughts on the housing crisis and ways in which we can best support our unhoused neighbors.

For our season 1 finale we sat down for a special interview with Denver's very own Lisa Calderón. After coming in third for Denver's 2023 mayoral race Lisa was not deterred in her mission to make Denver a safe space for all. She goes over her critiques with mayor Mike Johnston's homeless polices and what she would like to see being done to help better support our unhoused neighbors.

Today we met with Denver mayoral candidate Lisa Calderón in Globeville (one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods). She talked with us today about her thoughts and policies to combat the growing homelessness rates in Denver. She also opens up about her own experience being unhoused and how its shaped her throughout her life.
