Hi, I'm Dr. Tabitha Gressard. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and proud owner of Crush Club, LLC. Actually, my kids are the face of the company. I just happen to have the credentials. Our goal is to provide free mental health education and training to youth and their families in a fun and entertaining way. We'll share simple, tangible tactics aimed at prevention. It's time that we start learning and laughing together and uphold our self-worth and authenticity because CRUSHING IT BEGINS WITH ME. #loveyourself

Crush Club challenged pro long range golfer and former pro baseball player, Derek Hines and his daughter Addison to a driving and trick competition. Jokes on us because we are terrible and they are terrific! It sure was fun to fake the funk and practice a little confidence. We sat down with them afterwards to discuss finding the right balance with pushing our kids to be fantastic while maintaining balance in our lives and strong family bonds.

My kids and I are striving to help households work as a team to implement healthy habits and self-care proactively rather than waiting until something catastrophic occurs. We’re also passionate about access to care issues and cost associated with mental health and provide mental health education and training for free and on demand via a podcast.
In this episode, the kids talk with Shawn Reinsel, Executive Director of Night Lights about Night Lights, about the program, and how we can support them. Tickets for the annual Gala fundraiser are on sale until October 21, 2023 at nightlightskids.org/gala.
About Night Lights: Night Lights is a 501c3 nonprofit organization in the Denver Metro area that provides respite care for families with children with special needs and their neuro-typical siblings at three different locations. Caring for oneself enables a parent to provide better care to the children who depend on them. Night Lights provides time away so that parents can refuel and nurture an overall sense of well being. Anyone interested in enrolling your children, please fill out the parent interest form on our home page. If you are interested in volunteering, please go to nightlightskids.org/volunteer and complete a volunteer interest form.
