Its been a minute since dropping in, after the week in the states to clear my mind and be away from my stuff gave me an opportunity to see whats been going on within myself lately into coming on here and expressing my truth :)

Understanding yourself is one of the most important things in this life, when you can understand how you operate you can view yourself differently, you can see what things/people/situations are coming up in your body - identify the emotion that its brought up and where its come from and that is sometimes the difference between holding onto something for 3 weeks to 3 hours - an amazing episode with this dude - love him so much and honestly a true friend that gives nothing but presence.
The duo are back once again with an amazing conversation based around letting go and allowing whatever to be to be, its been a couple weeks since we have dropped into a pod and it was nice to sit and be present and allow whatever to come through - we dive into some topics based around what we resonates with us and our belief system and show that when you can surrender to whatever is going on in this moment and let go of the attachment of thinking 'you' know how it should be - it brings out peace within.

An amazing episode with an amazing human - we dropped in and strolled down memory lane for where it all started with Jakiel, from the footy days to x-factor then the amazing things that have transpired over the years. This episode was special for me cause I know how much of an impact he's had on so many peoples lives by just staying true to who he is and what he does, a true leader and it was a pleasure to sit down and connect.

After a couple weeks off the lads dust the cobwebs off with an episode diving into whats been happening the last couple weeks, a lot of moving parts in happening but its about allowing the universe to work through you and move you where you need to be moved too. If your intuition is moving you in a direction you can either stay and resist or move with it. And the feeling of clarity when you move with it shows you were receiving the correct downloads.
A well rounded episode touching on all types of topics from - thoughts on other peoples thoughts, the way AI is growing and our next generation, how living a fulfilling life with good people should be the goal instead of success/money and how fast and the furious just released its 49 movie haha. The lads drop and this conversation is a nice flowing episode which they allowed the wind to blow and talk about whatever came up.

An amazing episode discussing who is it beyond the ego and what happens when you step on the self discovery journey you find a deeper knowing of who you are and can detach from all the stories you have told yourself of who you 'think' you are.

Another week on the MG podcast brings you another fresh episode with the lads dropping into a deep conversation about all things in life, they are joined by Kallan who is one of Matts coaching clients. Kallan opens up on what hes experiences have been so far since stepping onto the path and the lads share alot of good energy back and forth and allow whatever to come through. The presence in this episode was powerful with all lads being able to speak there deepest truths and knowing they are surrounded by love and good energy without judgement.

Lets face it, its a given these lads are in to do a podcast at least once a fortnight moving forward considering how engaging the last couple episodes have been, todays episode the lads dive into the shift thats been happening lately and how discomforting it is sometimes when there is an energy shift going on. They also dive into a topic based around 'playing victim' to whats happened to us, how we were brought up and allow that story to shape who we are today. Understanding your story for what it is and seeing how it wraps itself up it can become very freeing when you can start to see whats been holding you back all this time.

Nothing beats an energy filled episode quite like this, we dive into Josh's recent experience on a little trip he took only 2 weeks ago where he separated from his identity and dropped into being one with the universe. It was amazing to hear Josh's story with a deeper understanding through the ayahusca experience I had back in August 2022. It was an amazing episode - so much insight and energy back and forth and just a deep knowing we are all connected and sometimes a trip like this is the thing you need to feel it all for yourself - all we are is love.

A beautiful conversation with Vicki from 'Flow state studio' diving into a whole bunch of different topics and allowing the conversation to flow like a river. It was nice to connect on a deeper level with Vicki after not knowing her back story and how this all came into place it was the first time hearing the story for myself which brought a raw twist to the conversation on allowing it to go anywhere and express back and forth whatever came through.

An amazing conversation with an amazing friend, the story of how myself and Darren aligned and the sequence of events that lead us to connect was a story in itself. From there a connection and bond was built and thats where the adventure began. No real words can describe this conversation just some damn good energy, some funny stories and how G3 was originally built. Aden and myself have been friends close to 15 years and we discuss how two young bucks from Western Sydney got some fitness certificates from tafe and thought why not give this fitness industry a crack, little did we know we would turn out to starting a brand that is helping hundred and hundreds of people across multiple facilities and end up turning into an empire. We talk about how it was back in the day kicking off personal training, how we both felt the pull towards different directions in our fitness careers and what we learnt along the way with some funny stories that come along with it. A slow, beautiful and calming episode with an amazing friend, Jamie Francis. It was really nice to stroll down memory lane of how things were for Jamie growing up, heading to a high school in knowing nobody and having to work his way through an important part in his life. We talk about how this spiritual journey came about for Jamie as him running into a friend at the shops made him feel something then from there - he embarked on a journey that has changed his life forever. Jamie's been so influential through my journey forever being in my corner and teaching me so important tools especially to always 'slow down' has been the biggest as its when we are rushing we get caught up in thoughts and taken out of the present moment.
