This podcast is some research that I have done when trying to figure out why the Black man of America is the sickest race on the planet? When a man is dying, his mind is thrown off by anything. He has no clue why his body is going through such changes. Imagine being from amongst the strongest man on the planet, but plagued with a devastating epidemic like prostate cancer. Being a follower of Elijah Muhammad, I am taught that it is in the way that we eat. What we eat, how we eat and when we eat.
So let's look at a gene that the Black man who is a descendant of slaves, has that makes him absorb calcium at an unusually high rate( according to these scientist). Yet he is the original man so God made him this way. Listen, study, take notes, save your family.

She then starts to go into religion and describes how the black boy is taught that God is a white man since the Jesus that he was shown in church was white and said to represent the Father, son and holy ghost. Just what did this do to the Black man of America?

Reading a book by Shahrazad Ali. This is pages 5-7 and brief discussion. She talks about the programming of the black man and how he was shown the white woman and white man on tv as what he should be like or think is beautiful. She also talks about the role he was forced to play in society. She introduces us to the reason why the black man is damaged and how he is in a crisis.

Read How To Eat To live By Elijah Muhammad. What he gave to us from God in 1960's is being bared witness to today by the scientist of this world. All we have to do is follow guidance that was given to help our horrible condition that we were forced to be in. I am a living testimony of what following God has done for me.

It will be interesting to see how this knowledge can better our lives. The goal is Peace, joy and happiness through it all. One important lesson in this particular part was to not go with your thoughts. Have them then let them go. don't get stuck in them and miss out on the next moment.

It is time for these young men and women to know what they are up against. Most of them have never heard the truth. They are forced to live in falsehood and believe in a mystery spook God. He has been talking about doing a podcast with him for a while but time never permitted. Well, I am working the food trailer more now which allowed me to hear this young man. I was just as blown away by his story as my husband was. It is great to see a young black man fight for his life after facing several difficulties in life such as getting put behind bars. This is a podcast that addresses a problem with the black women of America being exploited. We have been programmed into thinking that is ok to dress sexual and that we feel beautiful by doing so. It's as if we only care about ourselves and refuse to look at our actions as affecting the lower desires of others. I feel that we can help a person with a rapist mentality reverse his thinking if we care about our sexual presentations. We are in a world that sin is ok. Sex is in all the music etc. So, if we can be more modest in our dress, we can help others around us focus on higher things. I am a straight woman but have found myself being unable to concentrate when some woman comes around in public half dressed. I pray that I don't come off judgmental but I know that this issue needs to be talked about. Our young girls think that they have no responsibility of this subject.

On October the 17 th, a news article was released about a study of how hair relaxers are linked to uterine cancer. I am an ex beautician who linked the two a few years ago as I started studying sodium and calcium in the diet of black women. I wondered if you can absorb sodium just from touching the filthy pig, if you could absorb sodium through your scalp from relaxers and also calcium which is used in the so called sensitive scalp ones? Well, according to a study, my theory was right. Relaxers which are used by black women to change the appearance of their natural wooly hair, can stop them from producing children and also kill them. I am so thankful for a Saviour who taught me to disconnect with vanity. I understand why so much more every day that I live. Now I see. Can you please open your eyes and ears to the truth.

This is based on a picture of me and my daughter taking a picture at the night club. We thought we were on cloud nine because we were considered what the world thinks is beauty. Well we need to get up off the floor in every aspect of our lives. We must humble ourselves and be what God wants us to be which means that we must stop doing low things and be an example for the world. We must get prepared to be in the kingdom of God. That club will not be in his kingdom because it only offers temporary pleasure.

This is my take on the movie Woman King starring Viola Davis. I briefly talk about how God will send a Savior through the womb of the black woman. Some of us kill our unborn children because we don't want to be pregnant or we don't want to have a child for a rapist etc. This movie reminded me of a Savior being born from an unfortunate circumstance. The spiritual strength of the woman who has a natural connection to a higher being A God is also shown to me. She can move a mountain because of her spiritual strength.

To The Black Sisters of America, Why are we in a cycle of death? Why are we constantly tricked by the ways of this society? Why is it so hard to believe that you are so beautiful that you are made to be well maintained by a special regimen straight from God. Look all we have to do is be consistent and disciplined. You can't do what this world does and be healthy. Your health is your wealth. If you give up, then you are giving up on saving the world. The future comes from your womb. We must unite together and conquer these evil things that are plaguing the black woman, the black family and the black future. Here I am talking about a workout `called the Sister net Step that I created to build stamina and discipline through dance moves. This step is so easy a baby can catch on. I also talk about diet and how it is the major part of our problem.

This podcast was inspired by a conversation between Jashee and a young black woman at the neighborhood coop. After leaving, Jashee felt the need to make sure that she can reach more people especially black women who seem to follow trends rather it be diet, workouts, and more that last as long as the trend lasts which is usually brief. She needs to understand how simple it is to make a lifestyle change like adding Navy beans into their daily diets verses spending a lot of money on Sea Moss and not have enough to ensure that their entire family is protected. Just how much Sea Moss is needed to be in comparison with a cup of Navy Beans? Well, it would be very expensive and toxic if consumed in those high amounts

You are a threat to the little devil when you are filled with the power of God. You can get to places that he can't. He is willing to wait on you to come down since he knows that his world is always pulling on you from a far. You don't have to go back. Just keep running. You will slip and fall sometimes but get back up and run to God. Leave those low thoughts with the devil. Smile and keep looking up. This is a documentary dealing with A crisis that has taken the lives of many African American Women. Diabetes is more common amongst the black women of America. 1 out of 4 will develop type 2 diabetes. African Americans are 72% more likely to have diabetes than a Caucasian. What’s so crazy about this crisis is this; It’s taboo to talk about it. We are walking around advertising insulin and that pill, but we have very little knowledge of the disease that’s wiping us out. Even when we live to see 70, we lived our 50’s and 60’s in such distress, that we are ready to die at 75. Who wants to live when they can’t eat the cake at the party? Who wants to live when they can’t drink the wine at the bar? Who wants to live when they don’t have normal energy levels to do normal things? Who wants to live when the doctor becomes your best friend? Who wants to live in a world where no one understands who you are? Surely, if they knew, there would be a cure for you. However, this crisis has only gotten worse. New gadgets to pump the insulin in your blood stream to tracking devices on the skin that beep whenever your blood sugar levels jump or dip, are the only things happening.

I don’t think that Words can explain how beautiful this teaching is! This is a lesson taught by a Father to his daughter! They are making pie crust for bean pies! What is interesting is the fact that neither the teacher nor student knows how! I witnessed them watching a YouTube video, writing down ingredients, going to the store, mixing up the ingredients and the teacher getting upset with what seems like the professor the momma me in the background trying to help! I was told my help wasn’t needed! It wasn’t at all! You see A Soljah is built through trials ! So here you have Solomon and his little Soljah going through a trial! Did they make it? Well I finished the pie but it was because of their great pie crust! Which was what they were learning! So yes Solomon and his little Soljah prevailed
I learned a lot from this podcast and I hope that you will too! The Black man is needed in the household to help raise future Soljahs’ Some of us have to be quiet and let them do their part!
I know that this is only pie crust but it is the foundation to the bean pie/
The bean pie is a wonderful dish in our family
A family built on the principles of being in The Will of God
A Solid foundation/ This is the lesson I learned
From the little Soljah learning to make pie crust!
Be Thankful for family and always be willing to learn even if you like me , have to learn to be quiet/ hold your tongue/ be their peace and Watch Them Bloom

I started a course that lasts for 90 days. The goal is to make a lifestyle change that will affect your life spiritually, mentally and physically. I currently have a session going with 5 women including myself. We are studying the crisis of the African American race when it comes to our overall health and conditions of life. We are diving deep into ways that can save ourselves and the next generation. These podcast are recorded zoom sessions
This first week we are basically talking about who we are. The black race is enslaved in the mind because of a lack of knowledge. Even if we are wealthy with money we are poor because we can not keep our race going trying to live like others. Just look around, what happens to a white person when they eat at fast food restaurants, compared to the black race? This is a hard pill for most to swallow. They feel bad and say things like white people have bad health too. I then respond "well look at the statistics. Yes they do but not to the degree that we do. Black people are 72% more likely to have diabetes than a white person." So, we are learning who we are and therefore we can heal ourselves and as Black women, we have the power to heal our Nation Our Black race. We must become righteous physically, mentally and spiritually. MY program is designed to guide us on this journey of seeking, finding and utilizing the knowledge of Self.

We argue because one of the parties or both believe that they are right and the other person is wrong. What good does it do to have so much pride that you allow arguments to take place that potentially separate marriages, family members and best friends. It is easier to have humility.
