Hi Everyone,
We're back with another episode all on boundaries. This time we are talking about how to apply our boundaries. Most of the time, knowing what boundary we need is rarely the problem. The problem is typically that we get in a rut, or even just in a pattern of behavior and we don't sense the need for a boundary until it's too late. Then when we finally realize we need it the problem is how to actually apply it and maintain it. Additionally, some of us have boundaries that are too high that need to be reassessed.
This episode is here to truly help guide us all through the murky waters of boundaries! This one is one I will probably have to run back a few times. What are some of your biggest challenges when it comes to boundaries? What kinds of experiences have you had trying to enforce your boundaries?
Don't forget to like share and subscribe. I love you for listening, stay tuned next week for a new episode and follow us on @carvedwellness in the meantime.

At long last! Episode 17 is here! We have an exciting discussion on boundaries awaiting you. If you're like me and never understood the importance of creating firm boundaries then baby here is your episode. We dive into an incredible conversation on exactly what boundaries are and how you do yourself a disservice when you refuse to implement them.
This episode was so good we had to break it up into two parts so sit back, relax, take some good notes and make sure you start locking those boundaries into place.

Cue Lil Wayne! This Live episode we are diving into what it truly means to love somebody!!! If you're new here the past few weeks we have been diving into the various relationship cornerstones and what we actually need to have strong firm relationships that are mutually beneficial and long lasting.
This week we're talking about love...and empathy. They are obviously not interchangeable, but since we're addressing all relationships and not just romantic one's we have to look at love holistically.
What do you think it means to love? Why do you think it's so hard for people to engage in loving relationships right now?

Hi Crafters,
This episode we dive in to the limiting waters of what it looks like to stay stuck in your comfort zone. We realized that sometimes we create comfort zones when we don't mean to, especially when we view ourselves as high achieving or being natural risk takers in other areas. Essentially, we hold ourselves back in so many other areas and don't even mean to. Of course we're exploring all things relationships in this series so we are trying to understand the comfort zones we create within our relationship and relationship building dynamics. Personally, I was shocked at the revelations I had about my own comfort zones while creating this episode!
I hope you will dive into this long but necessary relationship cornerstone episode on comfort zones and begin to assess what comfort zones you may have created in your own life and how you can begin to take steps to leave them in the past.
We also dropped a new recipe so follow this link so you can recreate our Greek Protein Bowls for yourself!
This episode was originally recorded live on May 21, 2023. We will do another live episode next week on Monday @8pm EST on Youtube. Link will be available through our IG @carvedwellness. So be sure to follow for any updates and info regarding our streaming.
Can't wait to interact with you guys and explore another juicy relationship cornerstone!

Hi everyone the latest episode of the Crafted & Carved Podcast is out now. We are talking about the ever important need to understand one another. So often we forget to take the time to understand the people we are entering into relationship with. We focus so intently on what we need that we forget to balance in the needs of the other people we are attempting so share space with.
It gets really deep too you guys! I had so much to share and open up about and I hope you will meet me in this space with kindness and relatability!
Next Week we are doing a live show on Sunday at 7pm Est so set your calendars and alarms. The Link will be available on our IG page @ carvedwellness to access the Podbean live page.
Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe, love you the most!

There! Someone had to say it. Am I the only one who's tired of people showing up to relationships (friendships romantic family etc) expecting everyone to bend over backwards for them but then when you deal with something they just Pray you get through it! We are living in a truly self interested and self centered world these days and generosity is no longer the norm unless it can come with likes, views, and an ad campaign.
Healthy successful relationships require generosity and there are no ifs ands or buts about it! Generosity breeds selflessness which is a core character trait that is rarely taught and established in the everyday individual person. Plus, everyone's definition of generosity looks different. Some people believe that they are generous but when it truly comes down to being in relationship with others still can only put their own needs above everyone else's.
Leave me a comment letting me know what your understanding of generosity is and why you think its so difficult for people to bring that to the table in most relationships without some initial confrontation and eventual work.

Hey everyone,
We finally made it to the official launch of the Crafted and Carved podcast. I am so excited and appreciate the love and support thus far! I can't wait to show you guys all that is in store and everything you can expect for the future episodes.
As we enter into the relationship series, I want to really prioritize and emphasize the importance of the relationship you have with yourself. It is essentially a re-cap of the first 11 episodes from the podcast. This is important though because we really need to solidify who we are within ourselves before we even attempt to add another person in. That is why the foundational series was and is so foundational. I hope that this summary really helps to stabilize you for this next chapter, but of course the real gems are buried deep within each individual episode. So, don't be afraid to double back and listen to some of those again.

Wow another heavy hitter as we close out our foundational series, and rightly so because I need to give you guys all the gems I have left before we launch into this next series. Recognizing you are the problem....admitting that you are wrong??? Chile, who said that. We are getting honest, deep, real, and addressing some real issues with this episode. Join me as I unpack our realities around a rarely discussed topic... cognitive dissonance. This one really hits home!
Drop Down in the comments and let me know....Why is it so hard for you to admit when you are wrong?

As Promised!!!! Part two of the two part Choosing Joy Series is already here. I am so excited to land this plane with you and really round out this discussion on joy. In Part two we really dive into why it is so crucial to stay conscious of your words and the reality that your intentions of positivity might actually breed the exact opposite.
How you were raised and spoken to by others also tends to dictate how you speak and interact with others. So the real question is, if you found out that you were full of toxic positivity do you think its worth changing and are you going to change?

This episode is inspired by the incredible book written by the Former First Lady herself. Growing and Becoming are two concepts one in the same, that each of us encounter in our own way over the course of our lives. Unfortunately, they also produce some of the most frustrating and grueling stages of our lives, which sometimes causes us to react with resistance, hesitancy, or sometimes just full blown throw in the towel. This episode we take an incredibly deep dive (per usual) into the landscape of growth, what it means, the areas we encounter it most frequently, and how to find the confidence to finally embrace it head on.

This episode is all about self-esteem, and news flash.... no one can build it up for you but you. You have to love you before "they" can love you. Who's "they"..... who cares .... this episode is literally all about you embracing all that you are and uncovering the way in which you will show up in the world.
How do you define "self-love"? How do you embrace that?

I am so excited for this episode. I am always blabbing about alignment to my family, friends, and significant other. It is a concept that has helped me greatly understand where my control starts and stops with my life and the person I want to become. Securing alignment in the three different categories I discuss on this episode has helped me to find and maintain peace, create and re-create happiness, and be an all around more loving patient and understanding individual. So that's why this episode is THE MASTERCLASS on alignment and all things to help get you on track too.
I also have a delicious carb conscious french toast recipe that you can check out here too!
As always don't forget to like and subscribe, and share with someone you really love.
Love you all,
Kenni
