What a week!
We received 3 highly anticipated trailers this past week from both the Marvel and DC universes! First, Secret Invasion, which is the next Disney+ series in the MCU. Second, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, which is the next installment in Sony's animated franchise. Last, Blue Beetle, which is the first film in James Gunn and Peter Safran's new DCU.
The excitement is high, and I can't wait to get to see all of these. 2023 is off to a great start for content!
In this episode, I breakdown and review the 3 trailers and share some thoughts on what each movie could bring to their respective universes.

The MCU is going through some significant changes.
Recent rumours, news, and controversy has sparked excitement and discourse over the internet for the last couple weeks. In the last few weeks, there have been super amazing things that have been revealed and teased, and the biggest roadblock Marvel Studios has faced in a long time dropped at their feet.

Potential change could be coming...
A recent report from TheWrap indicates that Disney may be selling Hulu to Comcast, in exchange for 2 major Marvel character film distribution rights. This could drastically change Disney+, the Disney company, and the Marvel Cinematic Universe forever.

Finally... James Gunn has revealed the first part of his DCU slate.
With many fans waiting a long time for their anticipation to be realized, James Gunn and Peter Safran announced the first part of their future projects, in both film and television, on January 31st. This is a huge moment, with a mixed reaction from the fan-base.

The big man is coming, and he's arriving with a fury. Jonathan Majors' Kang the Conqueror is my most anticipated character to debut in the MCU, and I have spent lots of time thinking about what could possibly happen with his character.
In this episode, I breakdown some theories I have on Kang's character and future involvement with major projects coming in the MCU. Plus, a little side note at the end regarding a HUGE moment that I came up with for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania!

Insomniac's Spider-Man growing franchise is one of my favourite game franchises ever, with incredible storytelling and action. There's no doubt that their upcoming release, Spider-Man 2, will add to the greatness that will always remain with the Spider-Man universe. Being a huge Spider-Man fan, I've had time to think of what I'd like to see in this game, with the year and a half us fans have had to take in that amazing teaser trailer.
In this episode, I share my wishlist for my ideal Spider-Man 2, and what I could potentially see happening later in the franchise.
