The U.S. Constitution provides for removing the President, Vice President and civil officers for certain offense performed during their tenure of public service.

The early discussions by our founding fathers shed light into what constitutes the offenses that are sufficiently serious that would require public officers to be removed from office.

This podcasts discusses the historical understanding of what offenses of the public trust are impeachable. It may not be what some may want you to believe. The listeners can judge for themselves what our current President Biden has done to warrant a trial for impeachment against him.

We all see what the changes going on in our country, but is there a
method to the madness?

I say yes. It’s called Rules for Radicals written by Saul Alinsky that
has become the blueprint handbook for the radical progressives who are
forcing change on to Americans.

This episode dissects these rules to promote an understanding of the
plans that are changing our freedoms into social serfdom.

In this episode of Liberty Lights, Dr. Choby discusses the political issue of abortion as a woman’s right to control her body. The issue has become a winning topic for the democrats in spite of other more pressing issues of the economy, inflation, crime, and the open borders. Dr. Choby explains that unborn American babies are also entitled to a constitutional right to live. When in fact, the unborn American’s right to live has a higher constitutional standing than a woman’s right to kill the unborn America within her body. And so the challenge becomes to boycott all democrats in office who support killing our fellow unborn Americans.

Obama’s New World Order

The 2008 democrat nominee for the U.S. President, Barry Soweto, aka Barack Hussein Obama made this a motto for his campaign. Open borders and your Social Security checks.

Few people understand how social security is funded. Originally the
contributions by employees and employers were placed in a separate fund
that was protected from the spending ways of Congress. But all of that
changed when LBJ tapped into it and ever since the trust fund has been
emptied. The only thing there is a piece of paper with a big IOU on it.
That IOU is paid back by the general tax revenue that is negotiated each
year by our congressmen and women. There is no guarantee that the IOU
has to be paid except that the American voter would vote them out. But
the possibility still exists.

Enter millions of illegals coming through Biden’s open border policies.
How are these people going to live without our government’s support?
Don’t be surprised if one day you find that there are millions of
illegals who are tapping into your social security funds.

The patterns of unconstitutional actions of Biden and company
demonstrate that they will stop an nothing to secure a permanent base of
power.

The only way We the People can put a stop to this rogue government is to
boycott all democrats at all levels of government. The choice of a
secure future of your social security is in the ballot box.

As Americans, we often feel that we live in the freest country in the world, but are we?

The progressive expansion of our Federal, state and local governments over the past 100 years is a measure of how much of our precious liberties have been surrendered to secular ideologies with promises of a utopian democracy. History has proven over and over again that the voice of the majority rule as a way to govern a democracy always leads to bondage by a minority. It is in fact a lie. Vox populi, Vox Dei, which means the voice of the people is the voice of God, may sound fair and just, but it never works that way. God’s voice more frequently conflicts with the voices of people because we are mere mortals when He is immortal.

The future of American Liberty will be written by those of us who are alive today. It is our responsibility, no our duty, to leave an inheritance of liberties to the next generations, just as we have been gifted with the sacrifices of those before us.

We the People, have the mechanism to rein in the Federal Government with a Convention of States to amend the U.S. Constitution to limit the powers of career politicians to force their hand against what has been handed down to us by our Founding Fathers. This podcast will explain how and a call to action.

God save the Republic.

When we take the pulse of liberty in America today, it is a grim reminder of how we have given our constitutional rights away in exchange for promises of equity and personal security.

Our politicians for life and career bureaucrats have been chipping away at our individual rights with expansive statutes and ever growing regulatory influences, all done in the name of the public interest. But is the public served when the government leviathan cancels the culture into social chaos?

Being free is one thing. Having money to pursue happiness is another. In a sense we can measure how much freedom we have by the amount of money we have.

America’s unique economy was built on the novel idea of an open economy that provided private prosperity, i.e. capitalism while foreign economies were centrally controlled by dictators and royal families. In the 19th century, socialism began to replace the dynasties, while American capitalism made it the world’s first super power. Yet the lure of security at the loss of liberty gradually transformed our constitutional republic into a more and more socialist democracy once politicians learned that they could buy votes with borrowed money.

As our young nation grew in size, population and technology after the Civil War, the issues between the states began to over burden the committees of Congress. The development of the telegraph and the railroads raised questions of where to solve disputes between the
states. Finally the Supreme Court urged Congress to create a federal agency to manage problems between the farmers and the railroads over the transportation of grain across state lines. The Interstate Commerce Commission was the first federal bureaucracy with judicial, executive and legislative powers to function within the boundaries of it enabling
legislation established by an act of Congress and signed into law by the President. The development of the modern administrative state, i.e. the swamp, followed the same statutory format leaving little control over these fire and forget agencies. In effect the pattern which created the permanent fourth branch of government operates with little oversight. When the cats away, the mice will play.

In this episode, the author discusses the back story of the
constitutional convention of 1787 to help understand the mindset of the
founders of the Unites States. He further clarifies some of the issues
that the founders struggled with that continue to persist even to this
day. The free exercise of religion, free speech, the free press, privacy
rights, due process, slavery, voting rights and the powers reserved
exclusively to the states and the “people” i.e. the voters. It’s a bit
technical, but worth listening through to the end.

The Founding Fathers developed our unique form of government out of the fiery trials of war and hardships. Some paid the ultimate price for our liberties for objecting to the bondage under British might. But the stubborn faith and persistence of the patriots eventually carved out a revolutionary constitution to create the Republic of the United States of America. We are NOT a democracy as so many pundits claim today, but a representative republic as this episode will clarify from our original documents.

Few people know where the idea of being governed by the consent of the people originate. Lincoln’s famous statement that government is “For the people, by the people, and of the people ” it came from the Mayflower Compact of 1620. This idea evolved into the Declaration of Independence that created the American dream of “Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness” as we know to today. This podcast will excite the listener to be proud to be an American.

The vast territories of North America offered many claims to the land. The native Americans who inhabited the country had little use for land titles or boundaries. Their claims were made at the edge of a tomahawk. But the English and the French Kings had a different understanding and they freely made claims with titles and boundaries. Not surprisingly conflict was inevitable and when the interests of the Six Nations of the Iroquois collided with that of the French and English over the same territories, the hostilities ignited the French and Indian war in North America that became the very first World War.

The discovery and migration of people to the Americas occurred over several centuries. The explorers were searching for a new land where they could freely practice their religion without fear of being persecuted by the established denominations in the Old World. The
persecuted Knights of the Temple Mount also known as the Knights Templar explored the lands of Canada in 1362. Another Templar, Christopher Columbus, explored the Caribbean Islands and South America over a century later. The Knights Templars’ principles of freedom were passed on through the Freemasons who incorporated those ideas of freedom into our founding documents.

The concept of individual liberty under a secular government was birthed in the Middle Ages where wars, famine, pandemics, and unpredictable weather created havoc among the hierarchies of political powers. Through the trials and tribulations, novel approaches to the ideas of individual freedom began to take root. This discussion is sometimes rather laborious but important for our understand of where we are today.

However, liberty must be equally applied to all people in order to be fair and just even if the laws as not. This message will clarify these things is a simple and hopefully memorable way. Enjoy.
