She currently is living in states 3 months at a time doing what she classifies as "Airbnb hopping" where she moves from state to state living in Airbnb's for 3 months at a time. She loves the game of business and networking with other fellow business owners.
A must listen to episode! Alayna provides some amazing advice and things to remember when looking to start a business or just get going on reaching that goal you may have been overthinking. A true go-getter and doer, in this episode she reminds us to just go for it!

Upon graduation, Jordan went to the tech scene in Austin where she started in software sales for about 2 years and then switched into advertising technology about 3 years ago. Today, she specializes in social media advertising often times with a focus on beauty but also keeping an eye on the general landscape of things.

Jessica Jackson is an HR and payroll professional with experience both in the public and private sector. She studied hospitality management at Montclair State University and spent the early years of her career working in the customer service field. After finding her niche of building teams, Human Resources was her clear path. Jessica worked in the hospitality industry as a human resources representative for several years before transitioning to local government. For the past five years, Jessica has worked in both finance and administration for the township of North Brunswick , and has served as a Payroll and Pension fund Supervisor and Personnel Officer. Throughout her career, Jessica has demonstrated her ability to adapt to the needs of the employees, and streamline and update policies and procedures.
Jen shared great tips and advice for anyone in college getting ready to enter the workforce or truly anyone looking to work on their personal branding!
