If you give up and say to yourself "What's the use! The single woman that is looking for a way out and your testimony is her way out. That is the reason to keep going forward. I had to put my feelings aside to keep pushing forward. Another woman is listening to your testimony so go forward to help her.
Be determined to set goals and trust the process and believe no matter how long it make take, don't give up. Tell yourself that you are going to get through this and become the woman I am meant to be.
This is the only way to take control and continue to heal. I know it's a hard step, but you can do it with one step at a time. Believe in yourself!
I know and will always be here for you. I will be your listening ear, your supporter and a shoulder to cry on. I will never judge you or disrespect you. I understand what you are going through.

February 14, 2024 I realize how sad I was. I tried to keep it hidden, but the Lord knew it was there and He helped me to let that sad person go and walk into another healing.

This is the only way your healing process will start to happen. Once I started to trust in myself and believed that I could talk about what I went through, This started my healing process. It wasn't easy but it was necessary.

Some days I would remember things that I went through and I would start to cry. But through the tears I get a release in my spirit and tell myself I am somebody and I can help another single woman who has been or is going through abuse.

It' s ok to cry and ask yourself questions. Sometimes this is part of your healing. I have been there many of times. I had the blame game going on in my mind. Telling myself if I really wanted to leave, I could have. But I was so afraid of this man that I stayed. I understand .
