Hola amigos de la comunidad Espavlog, es un placer estar aquí con un nuevo video, hoy quiero contarles mi experiencia yendo a un conocido centro comercial de mi ciudad Maracay. Como saben en esta época todos estamos preparándonos y decorando ya que se acerca la navidad y en los centros comerciales no puede faltar la decoración navideña. En estas fotos podemos ver lo hermosa que es la navidad y como a pesar de las adversidades que hemos pasado en otros años, el espíritu navideño se sigue conservando. Mi parte favorita de estar en este lugar es ver el árbol de navidad el cual me pareció gigantesco y muy bonito, decorado de una manera hermosa con sus luces y guirnaldas, llama la atención de niños y adultos. Por otro lado podemos ver más adornos de luces que impactan por estar presentes y que nos dejan un recuerdo muy lindo de haber visitado el centro comercial. Disfruté mucho estar ahí y tomar muchas fotos para subirlas aquí en Hive y que todos podamos compartir el sentimiento navideño a través de la unión familiar, el respeto y el recuerdo de un año que se fue y la ilusión de otro que viene. As you know at this time we are all preparing and decorating as Christmas is approaching and in the malls can not miss the Christmas decorations. In these photos we can see how beautiful Christmas is and how in spite of the adversities that we have gone through in other years, the Christmas spirit is still preserved. My favorite part of being in this place is to see the Christmas tree which I found gigantic and very nice, decorated in a beautiful way with its lights and garlands, it attracts the attention of children and adults. On the other hand we can see more ornaments of lights that impact to be present and that leave us a very nice memory of having visited the mall. I really enjoyed being there and taking many pictures to upload them here on Hive so we can all share the Christmas feeling through family togetherness, respect and the memory of a year gone and the illusion of another to come. Hello friends of the 3speak community today I'm back with a new video where I will show you how I made a drawing of Madonna, a singer that I have always admired and to make this drawing I was inspired by her look of the 80s where she looked as always empowered and very beautiful.
I don't have much experience drawing but I tried it and I really liked the final result, the only materials I used were a drawing pad, a pencil and an eraser.
My favorite part of the drawing were the eyes and the eyebrows because I feel it gives a touch of helplessness and looks very similar to how Madonna was at that time. I have always been surrounded by her music and she is a great source of inspiration for me both artistically and in the power she has to say what she feels with her heart.

Hola amigos de la comunidad de 3speak hoy he regresado con un nuevo video donde les mostraré como hice un dibujo de Madonna, una cantante a la que siempre he admirado y para hacer este dibujo me inspire en su look de los años 80s dónde lucía como siempre empoderada y muy hermosa.
No tengo mucha experiencia dibujando pero hice el intento y me gustó mucho el resultado final, los únicos materias que use fueron una hoja de block de dibujo, un lapicero de minas y un borrador.
Mi parte favorita del dibujo fueron los ojos y las cejas porque siento que le da un toque de impotencia y luce muy parecido a como Madonna era en esa época. Siempre he estado rodeada de su música y es una gran fuente de inspiración para mí tanto en lo artístico como en el poder que tiene para decir lo que siente con el corazón.
Espero que les guste el resultado y alguna vez poder subir otro vídeo haciendo un dibujo, por favor que la inspiración venga a mi jajaja. Gracias a todos por siempre dejarme un comentario amable y apoyarme. Un abrazo 🧡

Hola a todos mis amigos de Hive, en esta ocasión me atrevi si di el paso para hacer un vídeo y subirlo a Hive. Fue difícil jajaja, soy muy insegura y me voy por las ramas cuando estoy hablando. Pero no salió tan mal después de todo o eso creo, en este vídeo me presento ante la comunidad de Espavlog y les hablo sobre mis propósitos para este nuevo año 2023 que incluyen cambios en mi estilo de vida porque ya era hora.
No sé demasiado de edición y bueno puede que el vídeo no sea el mejor pero lo que vale es la intención, el atreverse a enfrentar el miedo sobre todo a estar frente a una cámara grabando. Nunca lo había hecho pero resulta ser divertido. Uno de los errores que tuve fue que no mire a la cámara directamente pero es que se me hace difícil jajaja discúlpenme!
Espero que les guste el vídeo a pesar de que no esta del todo bien, pero vamos a ir poco a poco a ver si me sumo a la comunidad y empiezo a grabar videos, además de que eso me ayudaría muchísimo a dejar la vergüenza y poder hablar de diferentes tópicos. Puede ser divertido ahora que lo pienso.
Espero que aunque el vídeo no es perfecto se tomen el tiempo de conocerme y bueno dejarme un comentario bonito jajaja. También déjenme sus recomendaciones o tips de como hacer mejores videos para ir mejorando.

Hello to all my Hive friends, this time I dared to take the step to make a video and upload it to Hive. It was difficult hahaha, I'm very insecure and I go off the deep end when I'm talking. But it didn't come out so bad after all or so I think, in this video I introduce myself to the Espavlog community and I talk about my resolutions for this new year 2023 which include changes in my lifestyle because it was about time.
I don't know much about editing and well maybe the video is not the best but what is worth is the intention, daring to face the fear of being in front of a camera recording. I had never done it before but it turns out to be fun. One of the mistakes I made was that I didn't look directly at the camera but it's difficult for me hahaha excuse me!
I hope you like the video even though it's not quite right, but let's go little by little to see if I join the community and start recording videos, plus that would help me a lot to leave the embarrassment and be able to talk about different topics. It could be fun now that I think about it.

Hola amigos de 3speak, no soy muy buena haciendo videos este es el segundo que subo pero que tiene mucho significado para mi.
Hoy coincidi con una señora que me dijo las palabras que necesitaba escuchar mi corazón en ese momento sin ella saberlo.
"Dios te bendiga, hija" me dijo con la sonrisa mas pura que hasta estuve a punto de abrazarla y llorar.
Soy una persona bastante penosa y desconfiada, nunca pense que alguien que ni siquiera me conoce me podria decir algo asi y llegarme hasta lo mas profundo del corazón 🥺😢♥️
Gracias Dios, por hacerme ver a través de pequeños mensajes y personas que aún hay humanidad y empatía en algunas personas.
Este día lo recordare cada vez que sienta que ya no tengo fuerzas para seguir. Recordare a esa señora que tal vez nunca más tenga la oportunidad de ver y mi corazón descansara de tantas situaciones que vivo cada dia.
Si tienes la oportunidad de ser amable con alguien, asi sea con una palabra llena de amor no dudes en hacerlo, no sabes por lo que este pasando la otra persona y si le cambies el dia o hasta la vida🧡

Holaaa a todos este es mi primer video en 3speak y espero no decepcionarlos. En este video les muestro un poco de todo lo que ha sido mi rehabilitación, desde ejercicios con ligas, pelotas, hasta caminar dentro y fuera de mi apartamento.
Me siento realmente feliz por lo que he ido logrando, ayer junto con mi hermana @gabsartbook pudimos llegar a pasar casi los 10 grados de flexión y eso para mí es muy gratificante porque antes no llegaba ni a los 5 grados y estaba triste porque no veía avance.
Poco a poco se que iré logrando todo lo que este en mis manos por hacer y junto a la ayuda de mi fisioterapeuta se que lo vamos a conseguir.
Espero que no me juzguen es mi primer video y de verdad no tenía ni idea de cómo utilizar las aplicaciones para videos pero ahí quedó y no me fue tan mal.
Déjenme sus comentarios sobre en que podría mejorar y de que podrían ser mis videos.

I feel really happy for what I have been achieving, yesterday along with my sister @gabsartbook we were able to get almost 10 degrees of flexion and that for me is very gratifying because before I did not even reach 5 degrees and I was sad because I did not see progress.
Little by little I know that I will achieve everything that is in my hands to do and with the help of my physiotherapist I know that we will achieve it.
