In this 60-min show, I talked to Amber, a photographer based in Nashville about how to empower yourself through photography. We talked about her top tips on coming to a photoshoot prepared and how you can increase your confidence even before you step in front of her camera. In this 60-min show, I talked to Ludo, a yoga teacher based in London about how she found the path to yoga and what benefit she has incurred as she has started practising. We then moved on to discuss her secret to living a more balanced life, including giving yourself time to really mentally process what happened during your day. In this 60-min show, I talked to Catherine a fear, stress, and anxiety coach based in Zürich, Switzerland about how her journey on becoming a coach. She detailed her own experiences with dealing with anxiety and fear of flying. She specifically mentioned being in a plane and feeling as though she was trapped and couldn't shake the anxiety.
