Welcome to the show! We are a father-son duo who went into real estate together. My name is Jake Boucher and my co-host (my dad) is Steve Boucher whose been in the business 35 years. We got the idea to go into business together in the fall of 2020 and now we have a podcast. This podcast will cover all things real estate. There will occasionally be different types of episodes, some where I discuss marketing tactics and whatnot. Our target audience for this podcast is any person that needs real estate help and for people currently in the real estate industry. We hope you enjoy the show!
No matter if your home is outdated by 40 years, or if you have septic issues, there will always be a market for your home. All you need is ONE person to see the potential in your home and the rest is history.
