The Night Night Podcast is a podcast for the sleepless. A series of short stories to help keep your mind distracted. Stories to help you unwind. Stories to put you at ease. The differentiating factor, is that there will never be any adverts, never any sponsorships, and nothing to distract you any further while you try falling asleep. I hope that this podcast will be your solution.

Welcome to the third official episode of The Night Night Podcast. I didn’t want this to become an academic piece, therefore many formal definitions were shied away from. The definitions and any additional information is included below should you be interested in exploring them further.
Alfred Adler, (07 February 1870 – 28 May 1937, 67 years), was an Austrian medical doctor, psychotherapist, and founder of the school of individual psychology. Adler was the first to emphasize the importance of the social element in the re-adjustment process of the individual and who carried psychiatry into the community.
"superiority complex", a psychological defence mechanism in which a person's outward display of superiority displaces or conceals their feelings of inferiority.
"inferiority complex", is an intense personal feeling of inadequacy, often resulting in the belief that one is in some way deficient, or inferior, to others.
"The Creative Self", places the responsibility for the individual's personality into his own hands. The Adlerian practitioner sees the individual as responsible for himself, he attempts to show the person that he cannot blame others or uncontrollable forces for his current condition.
"fictional finalism", is the belief that human beings are more strongly motivated by the goals and ideals that they create for themselves and more influenced by future possibilities, than by past events such as childhood experiences.
