Today, we continue our teaching through Jude. Here we answer very important questions, how did Jude come to learn about the supposed battle in the sky? We also spend some time discussing what took place in Sodom and Gomorrah. It's a teaching that is both theologically dense as well as culturally sensitive, may God give us wisdom as we navigate it.

Today, after several months, we begin a new book - Jude! In today's introductory teaching, we emphasize Jude's purpose for writing this letter: Contending for the faith. This has to do with much more than doctrine though, in our secular world today, there are many ways we would need to stand firm in our faith about.

Today, we start to bring our teachings through 2 Cor to a close. In Paul's final words, he makes one last plea to the Corinthian church to respond to his correction. Faced with the real chance of having to discipline them, he encourages them to change or face a serious side of him when he arrives there.

Today, while we continue into a new chapter, our overarching theme remains the same. In the verses we explore, Paul continues to convince the Corinthian church why these false teachers should have no place in their hearts.
In this teaching, we focus on the devil's age-old strategy: presenting thoughts and alternatives. It would cause you to reevaluate your commitment to keeping yourself in the wisdom and love of God.

Today, we resume our journey through 2 Corinthians. We head back into Chapter 10 with a new theme emphasis. Paul is out to defend his apostleship in the face of slander and attack. What makes someone a minister of the gospel? What does it mean to war according to the power of God? How do we wage war in the face of today's culture for the hearts of men? This teaching would answer these questions and more. We trust it will bless you!

Next, we talk about learning to discern the will and leading of God even in the natural aspects of our lives. We also spend some time talking about the place of holiness yet again in the believer's life as well as the vulnerability that comes with being a minister of the gospel.

In what ways is our awareness of sin not as sharp as it should be? This teaching challenges our ideas of what it means to be separate from the world. Today we bring to wraps a four week long teaching on the 5th chapter of 2 Corinthians. It's been such a beautiful and challenging journey as we have been stirred to live for God in every sense of our lives. In these final verses, we explore what it means to be ministers of reconciliation. We re-emphasize the sacrifice of Christ and our response to this beautiful gift.

If you've been keeping up these past few weeks, you'd see that we've slowed the pace a whole lot. There's nothing to regret as we've had a lot to emphasize from these verses. In the short space of three verses today, we discuss what it really means to be a new creation, what it means not to regard people after the flesh, and what it really means to be compelled by the love of Christ. This is yet another teaching you'd want to leave reflecting and praying on. We trust it will bless you!

We talk about the terror of the Lord and hold it in a healthy perspective with the love of God. We discuss what our values should look like as believers as well as the motivation we get from knowing God loves us. In just a few verses, we discuss very vital truths that ought to define our lives as believers.

Today, we begin the 5th Chapter of 2nd Corinthians. As we've done since chapter 2, we continue Paul's theme of the gravity of the work of the ministry. In this teaching however, Paul focuses on the hope of a glorified body. We discuss what it means to live with this hope and how we can go about our everyday life keeping the promise of glory in our hearts. On a practical level, this should help your devotional life a lot more! We trust it would bless you.

Today, we begin with 2 Cor chapter 3. Perhaps the most theologically dense of the entire book. In today's episode, we start to compare the old and the new covenant. We remind ourselves the importance of theology as well as the need to be interested in the pursuit of God. This is the first of a two part chapter teaching that would thoroughly inform how you view the law and what Christ has done. We trust it would bless you!

This teaching reminds us what it means to really live for God, what our perspective in difficult times should be, and how we can help others through the difficult times we've been through ourselves. It's no exaggeration when we say this is a teaching that would bless you in no small way.

(Titus 1:1 - 4)
Today, we begin a brand new book! The last of the three ministerial books: Titus. While this is a book that draws from the themes of 1 and 2 Timothy, this book also places a huge emphasis on living for Christ in the midst of a godless culture. The Cretans were known for their godless lifestyle and so new believers had to be extra intentional about not living like their neighbors.
In today's teaching, we spend time laying out the foundations for this book as well as explore the first four verses. This introduction would not only shape your understanding for the rest of the book but would also remind you of the basics of what it means to live for God. We trust it would bless you! (2nd Timothy 4)
Today, we conclude the last chapter of this incredible book. In this chapter, we explore Paul's last words. We revisit his emphasis on consistency, standing firm as a believer and then personal instructions to Timothy. The fact that we get to look into the personal life of such a great man of God is a huge privilege and I'm sure this teaching would only serve to show that. There's also an extended time of questions at the end that don't necessarily have to do with today's teaching. I'm sure the entire session as a whole would bless you! Happy listening!

Today, we resume our journey through 1 Timothy. We discuss a very important issue: the role of women in the church. How much of a role does culture play in our interpretation of these texts? Do they apply to us today? What about conversations around modesty as well? While not exhaustive, this teaching would leave you with a lot to think about as you go on examining this sensitive issue in the church today. We trust it would bless you. Happy listening!

Today, we go a step further into the book of 2 Thessalonians. Paul begins to introduce interesting concepts like the man of sin, the great falling away, and the person who restrains. The question is: What do we make of concepts like this? In today's teaching, we discuss how to handle texts that aren't as clear as well as what the believer's response to matters pertaining to the end-time be. We trust it would bless you!

Today, we kick off the second part of the Thessalonian journey. A direct follow up to the conversations we've had over the past few teachings. Paul continues to remind them to persevere in persecution, comforts them about the coming of the Lord, and reminds them to pay attention to their conduct. In the first chapter today, we talk extensively about the coming of Christ and what it means for those who haven't believed. What happens to those who haven't heard the gospel? Is hell really eternal? What is our responsibility amongst all this? And many more! We trust it would bless you!

Today, we bring an end to chapter 9 but definitely not the topic of forgoing rights for the sake of the gospel. Once more, we see how Paul makes several cultural compromises to ensure that the gospel spreads easier and how we've all been called to sacrifice, regardless of how that plays out in our personal contexts. There's also a little textual gruel at the end! What does Paul mean when he says 'that I might not be a castaway'? Find out in this teaching! We trust it would be a great listen!

Today, we're hitting right off from where we left off! There is a simplicity of the gospel that makes it so elusive from the self-sufficient. Paul explores this idea in great detail but while doing so, he makes it clear that the gospel is without a doubt perhaps the greatest demonstration of God's wisdom and power. So much to learn here, we know you'd be blessed!
