JESUS IS RISEN AND ALIVE! Pastor Doug preaches the Easter story from John 20 where we see Mary lose all hope, but quickly have her hope renewed.

Pastor Steven calls us today to be strong and courageous in times of change. Today we look at 3 key leadership changes in the Bible and we hear from God that He has the power to build you up and help you face your change.
We are continuing to walk through Romans and Pastor Steven encourages us to focus on things of the Spirit, not on things of the flesh. Enjoy!
Yesterday we began a new series called Living in God's Presence and we kicked off this series by discussing the Spirit and the flesh found in Romans 8. Pastor Steven also gives us a clear image of the Gospel and how the Spirit and flesh are intertwined.

Today we look at Romans 8:2 and discover two laws. The law of sin & death, and the law of the Spirit.
We are starting this new year off with the understanding that we have no idea what 2021 is going to offer. But what we can be sure of is that 2021 will be filled with God's promises.
We are ending this year by asking the question Why 2020? It has been a crazy year and it's difficult to make sense of the things that occurred. But now we must trust that God will bring good out of this chaos.
We are continuing our advent series called What We Need For Christmas and today we are focusing on needing a SOURCE OF JOY! Also in today's message, we are happy to have pastor Chris Sandoval and his wife Carrie Ann from Servant Church right here in San Diego talking about the beautiful work they are doing within our city. Today's sermon covers our church's fourth value, we are CITY POSITIVE. God loves the city, and so do we! We believe Jesus loves what is beautiful in our city—and so do we. We believe Jesus is at work to heal what is broken in our city—and so are we. We celebrate and serve San Diego, seeking its renewal spiritually, socially, and culturally. As people find hope and healing in Jesus, the city is renewed spiritually.
