Her doctoral research and consulting engagements with Oracle, Toyota, Lockheed Martin, Federal Reserve, and Bank of America to name a few, led to the Culture Equation, a tested model where strategy, combined with 8 tangible and measurable ‘Culture Dynamic Drivers’ empowers your people to deliver consistent results.

Hazem Mulhim's business was born on a street-side shop thousands of miles away from epicenters of technology. He started it in Amman, Jordan 35 years ago, and EastNets now is a recognized global developer of financial solutions serving 1000 financial institutes on five continents.
His career began with Siemens in Kuwait where he first saw how computing saved the medical industry. He had just graduated with a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering and Medical Electronics from Bulgaria in 1980. He also hold a Certificate of Advanced Management Program (AMP) from the prestigious Institute of INSEAD, France and an OWP from IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.

Hazem's journey has been dotted with a lot of growing pains and sacrifices. Throughout his career, he had to pivot with the times to ensure his business survived. Since 1984, EastNets has been transforming. They have shifted from smart cards to networks and computers, and finally to provider solutions for the critical operations of anti-money laundering (AML), KYC, payments and antifraud.
Survival eventually meant global expansion, and the fastest track forward was to acquire an entity with access to new markets. His choice in 2007 would rest on SIDE International, a leader in AML solutions based in Belgium. In 2018, a patent was published in the USA for designing a system for cross border remittances while securing financial regulatory compliance.
With fresh blood injected in EastNets, they penetrated new markets, winning multiple prestigious international awards. In 2017, Chartis ranked EastNets as Category Leader in its RiskTech Quadrants, the industry’s leading report on financial crime and risk management.

David started out his working life performing mostly hospitality work, and it was there he learned the criticality of great service and personal consideration. He later doves into the automotive industry, a place where hospitality, ethics and a true commitment to customer service were desperately needed and nearly unheard of, for the most part.
One of the companies he operates, (www.KellerBros.com), was named the sole National Excellence Award Winner in 1999. Since then, Keller Bros. Inc. has consistently won award after award while growing by millions (per year) in revenue those first few years until the location reached capacity.
These awards and referrals led other business owners to him, seeking similar change in their organizations. After helping a few of them and realizing the formula and systems they had developed in their own small business were proving to be successful everywhere, they formed Auto Profit Masters.
David soon realized that their number 1 challenge after becoming synchronized and operationally smooth was finding or creating affordable marketing and advertising that WORKED, so "The Automated Marketing Group LLC" was conceived.
The POS & shop mgmt technology at shop owners' disposal was about 20-25 years old with no noticable improvements. It took multiple programs to address EACH vehicle, and they were all slow, burdensome, and expensive. There is where the greatest accomplishment of David's career began. SHOP 4D (patents pending) uses Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in every aspect of auto repair while eliminating the need for multiple subscriptions to other products. Your POS now incl wiring diagrams, parts ordering, electronic inspections, it's integrated with Quick books and cc processing, and SHOP 4D is the most intelligent, inter-connected and fastest solution on the planet!
