In this episode of On The Table Podcast, we discuss the biblical instruction of submission of wives to their husbands. The bible references the concept of submission in multiple scriptures, (Ephesians 5:22-23, 1 Peter 3:5-6, Titus 2:5), but is it still something we should adhere to today? What does submission look like practically? Is it something to look forward to, or is this instruction from God burdensome and / or unrealistic?
In this new episode of on the table, we discuss what it truly means to be a leader in the church, expectations of our pastors and leaders, and what happens when they fall short. Do you idolise your church pastors and leaders to any degree? Do you look more to them than to Christ in any aspects of your faith?

But as something that influences our daily living, we need to learn to have a more structured approach to it. There are many ways to start but a few questions to ask are, what are my core values? Does God desire we live a stress-free life with no troubles? Or are the troubles of life doing us more of a service than a disservice?
