One of the most effective arguments that unsaved people use to avoid church is that “The church is full of hypocrites.” The reason this argument is so affective is because it is true. What is the main reason for such hypocrisy? Inconsistency due to selfishness and worldliness is the culprit in most cases. God’s Word sets a clear guideline for us to obey to regain consistency in our Christian walk.
Purity of Conscience is key to the wellness of the believer. God’s Word commands that we live a godly lifestyle for His honor and glory. When we obey this command we can be well at all times.
What does it mean to “Rejoice Evermore” and how is that even possible? This series seeks to discover the answers to these questions by drawing us closer to the Lord Jesus. He alone can make us well at all times as we draw from the well He has prepared for our wellness.

God has designed the church to be a place we call home. How devoted are you to your church? We discover in this sermon that devotion is far deeper than attendance.
Wellness can never be achieved without the salvation that is offered by Christ alone! He has dug the well and filled it with all we need to be well at all times. We need to come to Him to find help for all our needs.
This world is masterful at stealing our hearts and minds away from Jesus Christ. This often happens when we need to focus on Him the most. Now is not the time to be distracted!
Your mind was made to seek and find. All you will ever need is found in Christ and His Word! This is why only Jesus Christ can fulfill your mind!
Our minds are broken, warped, and infested and only One is fit to fix what sin has broken. God takes mental health very seriously and addresses the issue in His Word. It’s time we begin applying these Biblical principles to find the help and healing we need.
While we may be exclusive in our faith, our faith is certainly not exclusive. In this sermon, we dismantle some of the mean spirited arguments against Faith in Jesus and reveal why we still believe that only One can save us!
It is such a special thing to trust the Lord enough to wait on Him. He is worthy of trust, and we never go wrong waiting on Him. Impatience and distrust often result in some of the biggest mistakes in life. So…wait, I say, on the Lord!

Christianity is full of those who are compromised by the world and the flesh to the point they can hardly carry God’s Word. If we are to carry the Word of God well, we must repair the wholes in our lives and start retaining and obeying the Word of Almighty God.
The accuser of the brethren, the devil, wants to use the weapon of shame to paralyze the believer in his service to the Lord. This is only overcome when we set our eyes on the matchless grace of Jesus. He cleanses to the uttermost and makes us fit for His purposes.
It is hard work trying to build the kind of home God is wanting us to build. We need to understand just how important that work is. Generations will be impacted, hell will be enraged, and God will be pleased as you build your home on the Lord Jesus Christ!
The home is under assault. The things that seem like innocent entertainment are likely the enemies way of infiltrating your home and indoctrinating your children. God is watching the way you build your home. Are you building it well; are you building it at all?
Imagine being right on the edge of the Promised Land only to have to wander for forty years in the wilderness because you would not follow God’s leadership. While we are often intimidated by the size and scope of our calling, we must not lose sight of the One who called us! He will carry us through to victory!
Few things can be more heartbreaking than self-inflicted regret. We only have so much time and we must stop waisting it on things that just don’t matter. God is worthy of our time and devotion. Let’s give it to Him!

Who can calm the raging seas, clothe the possessed, clear disease, raise the dead, and feed the multitudes? Only One…Jesus can! Jesus accomplished what no one else could! He is ready to accomplish what no one else can for you!
While some things have not changed, the way God deals with sin has changed. God promised that there would come a day that He would enter into a new covenant with Israel, but how and when? The Answer is found in Jesus Christ!

With all the talk of what has changed in the last few years, we pause to consider some things that have not changed through the ages, including the pollution of our sinful hearts. While we like to consider the faults of those we read of as far worse than our own, we find that not much has changed from then to now. The Good News is that the way God deals with sin has changed because of the work of Jesus Christ.

When we, who know Christ, look to the past and consider how far we were from the Lord, it fills us with an overwhelming gratitude to think that He has made it possible to bring us close to Him! He has changed us and made us new. To God be the glory!!!
Looking at times past brings so many emotions. For those lost in sin, looking to the past can bring up a lot of pain, regret, and sorrow. There is only One Who can resolve the sinner’s past. His name is Jesus Christ, and He stands ready to change your future because of what He has accomplished in time past.

We may try to l over up the wickedness of our heart, but God already knows what’s inside. While this is a terrifying thought, it also frees us to give our hearts to the only One Who can cleanse us of all unrighteousness!

It is becoming clearer every day that our Nation is being hit by the waves of God’s wrath. What are God’s Children to do as this occurs? God’s Word gives us clear instruction on what it takes to regain God’s favor in times like these. It is essential that Christians everywhere start following God’s instructions…before it is too late.
“Adversiphobia” has gripped our nation, leading countless Christians to give up at the first sign of adversity. It is high time we consider the hard reality that, as we approach the return of our Savior, things are only going to get harder. Will you stand or fall? Will you give up, or “try try again?”
The Name upon which all history hinges is still the Name that changes everything today. In this sermon, we shed light on the powerful, precious, prophetic name of JESUS!
Christ-centered Christianity is Keepsake Christianity: What does God want from you? That is the real question. We often “work for God” without ever asking that question. It is critical to grow beyond carnal Christianity into Christ-centered Christianity. Judgement day is coming. Will your works last or will they burn? (Cont.)

It is critical to grow beyond carnal Christianity into Christ-centered Christianity. Judgement day is coming. Will your works last or will they burn?
How do you respond when God speaks to you? For Nineveh, they believed, repented, and turned to the Lord. Jesus uses them as a prime example of how He wants us to respond to Him when He speaks.
It seems we are in the last minutes of the last days. It is time to stop waiting to do what God is calling us to! The time is NOW!
To be all our family needs us to be and all God has called us to be, we must begin breaking the chains of sin in our lives! Your children and grandchildren will only find you as their heart-keeper if you first are sin’s chain-breaker! God, through Christ, stands ready to shatter these long-binding chains…if you will let Him!
Desperate times call for…HOPE! The Hope that we have in Christ is the greatest enemy of Despair. (Cont.)

The Lord Jesus, it appears, could return at any time. With this in mind, we must be thoughtful of where we will be spiritually when He returns. God’s Word clearly shows us how to be in the right place at the right time. It also warns against being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Many spend their whole lives searching for reasons to avoid coming to Christ. This sad reality is the result of not understanding the love with which Christ is calling to Salvation. It is time to stop missing out, stop making excuses, and finally rest in the finished work of Christ by faith!
Is it possible for a sinner like me to be declared innocent by a just and holy God? By what means does God make this possible? These are just a couple of the questions addressed in this sermon. One thing is clear, our Savior, Jesus Christ, wanted there to be no question as to the way to justification.
There are certain conditions that must be met in every soul in order to sincerely receive the seed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. When these conditions are not met, the soul is left desolate and barren. Christ Himself lays out for us the conditions He is looking for and working on in order to plant the Gospel in the good soil of the soul.
When the Gospel of Jesus Christ is rejected, denied, forgotten, or let go, there is a reason. BAD SOIL. Jesus addresses this reality with the intention of correcting this devastating condition.
Why is the Gospel dying inside of you? This is the question that Jesus is answering in Luke 8 following His own Gospel Campaign. It is clear that there are certainly cases where the seed being cast is actually bad seed. In this sermon, we explore the several perversions of the Gospel that have led to countless thousands of false conversions in our day. We also take time to rediscover God’s original plan of redemption!
What is God’s divine plan in leading a lost sinner to becoming a redeemed saint? With the empowerment of the Holy Spirit and the enlightenment of God’s Word, this sermon seeks to share God’s divine plan of redemption.
All the prophesied alliances have formed. Gog is on the war path. Israel is perfectly positioned. If what we are seeing is not the Magog war of Ezekiel 38-39 then it is certainly a precursor to it. Either way, God’s call on His people is the same - Be FAITHFUL!!!!!
Are we watching the direct fulfillment of a prophetic war that was foretold nearly 2600 years ago? Ezekiel 38-39 describes the final Great War that will take place at the end of the age. Many scholars believe the rapture of the church will take place either during or just after this Great War. The specific details of this passage are unfolding precisely before our very eyes. It’s time for God’s people to begin making final preparations for what is coming. God is in control and our Savior is returning soon!!!!
This is the second sermon in a series entitled “Stop Slipping and Sliding.” With the events that have unfolded since last Sunday, I felt compelled to drive home the reality that the reason we see all these things happening is because JESUS IS COMING! Now is not the time to fall away!
We are living in the most treacherous time in history for people that aren’t taking the things of God seriously. Now is certainly not the time to grow lazy in our walk with the Lord. Thousands are falling away and we will be next if we fail to follow God’s instruction for this dark time in history.
One of the scariest things to be is vulnerable. However, there is something so special and powerful about being vulnerable to the Lord Jesus Christ. When we evaluate our lives based on what He wants, we never measure up. But the crisis that comes from this hard realization and the vulnerability it creates can lead to a whole new place in life of closeness to and victory in Christ.
We serve an immutable God! He never changes. He is the same Great I AM that He has always been, and He is there for you!
We all share what great enemy, and it may not be who you think. The good news is that Jesus Christ is the ultimate enemy of your greatest enemy, which means…Jesus is your greatest friend!
Have you ever considered the Bible’s description of what the world will be like just before Jesus returns? This sermon lays out the case that, based on God’s own Word, Christ’s return could be just around the corner. It is time for Christians everywhere to wake up and shout the Gospel from the rooftops.
There is one thing that is true of all of us…We have all failed. Fortunately, our failures are often not widely known. The disciples of Jesus were not quite as fortunate. In this sermon we learn some valuable truths from a humbling failure on the part of Jesus’ followers that ultimately points us to the fact that there is only One that has never failed!
This is a sample lesson I was asked to post from a future series from the book of Acts. This study has challenged us to the very core of what it means to be a Christian. I’m looking forward to putting this series together to show how far modern American Christianity has strayed from Biblical Sprit-filled Christianity.
We all get down some times. I know I’ve sure been there. How do we rise back up when we are feeling the pressures of life pushing us down? Our Faith, Christ’s Forgiveness, and an unrelenting focus on our purpose in this life are key to our endurance.
We have the honor and privilege of serving the most wonderful King. King Jesus came to accomplish what no one else could, and He did it because He loves you!
With our schedules already so full, is it possible to ramp up our productivity for Christ without burning ourselves out with added programs and features? I believe the answer is “Yes!” The secret to being productive for Jesus is not always more time. Sometimes the answer is less sin! That’s right. Sin is stealing away our ability to accomplish what God wants. It’s time to stop what we are doing, grab the shovel of God’s Word, and scrape sin out of our lives. Only then can we be as productive as God wants us to be.
Can you imagine what it must have been like to be one of those shepherds on that cool clear night? The silence of heaven was suddenly shattered by the biggest announcement EVER. In this episode, we study the Angel’s announcement to the shepherds to reveal that the long awaited Christ-child was about to change EVERYTHING!
Some of the greatest Christians to ever live were those who were willing to sacrifice there position in order to fulfill their God-given purpose. In this sermon, we look to use the example of Nehemiah to show us the kind of heart it takes to be a living sacrifice for the cause of Christ.
Satan has worked very hard to keep these two separated, for he knows that when you combine the Truth of God’s Word with the Love of Christ, it is a powerful combination that God can use to unlock even the hardest hearts.
Why is it that Christians often seem to be some of the most miserable people on earth? Could it be that they have removed themselves from the only eternal source of Joy? There is nothing greater than serving King Jesus and its about time we start acting like it!
No matter how cold or dark the season of life you may be going through, there is warmth to be found in the Lord Jesus Christ. In this episode we seek to find the way to survive these harsh spiritual conditions by maintaining a close personal relationship with Jesus.
2020 was one of the hardest years we have ever faced in ministry. We dealt with a lot of hardships and learned a lot of lessons. This series follows the book of Ezra to reveal the Biblical answers to some of the hardest questions we faced. We began this series right at the onset of the pandemic and never dreamed that it would be such a clear light to guide us through turbulent times. We pray God blesses you and uses this series to give you direction for the tough times ahead.
