The Point of Interaction is the official podcast by the National Alliance for Direct Professionals. The mission of NADSP is to elevate the status of direct support professionals by improving practice standards, promoting system reform, and advancing their knowledge, skills and values. NADSP values the full participation of people with disabilities in all aspects of community life through the provision of person-centered supports.

On our podcast we will host interviews with colleagues and take a deeper dive in the International Journal for Direct Support Professional on "Let's Talk."
