On episode 4 of Ebbs&Flows Everything Goes I describe what it was like being in an abusive relationship for eight years and what it's like being on the other side of that being my everyday existence. Hey y'all! Welcome to my first official episode on Ebbs and Flows Everything Goes! This episode really does fully embrace the ebbs and flows of life as I struggled to get my stuff to cooperate and my laptop died toward the end yet kept recording and more! It was still loads of fun to host my sister, Maggie, on the episode and hear her heart on life and she went in depth about our mindsets and the power behind them, which was profound and immensely encouraging.
