My name is Ali Karsant and this podcast was birthed out of my genuine love and curiosity for people along with my fascination in learning about everyone’s different stories, experiences and perspectives that shaped them into the person they are today. Spending the last few years solo traveling the world & meeting people from all different walks of life combined with my personal background and passion in health & spirituality, my intention is to bring forward conscious, unique and thought-provoking guests and conversations that deepen our understanding, love, compassion for all. Alex Hunt is an Astrologer, certified Aromatherapist and Wellness Coach. Alex’s mission with Venus in Virgo Apothecary is to combine her knowledge of Astrology, Aromatherapy, and coaching tools, in a practical and grounded, yet fun and playful approach to help assist her clients in aligning with their true purpose and break down any limiting beliefs that may be holding them back.
Alex has been interested in the spiritual realm from a very young age, however it wasn’t until her first spiritual awakening in 2012 that truly set her on the path she is on today.
Prior to her studies, Alex had a successful career in Makeup Artistry which then led to her becoming a well-known Model within the Tattoo industry. During this time, she truly began to utilize the power of working with Astrology to successfully align and achieve the goals she had set for herself.
After a very intense dark night of the soul in 2019, Alex decided to seriously pursue a career within the world of wellness and spirituality. Fast forward to today, she is excited to help others learn and receive guidance from these ancient tools and modalities!

Sonia Petecka is a Mindset Coach, Subconscious Reprogrammer and PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Human Design Expert, a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher and Breathwork enthusiast. Using these tools she helps clients create breakthroughs as well as lives and careers they love.
Sonia is originally from Poland and moved to the US when she was 16.
She has an MBA from New York University focusing on Strategy and Global Business as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and French from Tufts University.
She also has over 3 years of experience working in immunology research at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital as well as 5.5 years experience in corporate technology sales and relationship management.
Sonia healed herself from depression and other chronic health issues through focusing on living in alignment with her Human Design, mindset shifts, spiritual practices, tools like breathwork as well as lifestyle changes.
She is passionate about helping people overcome fear and limiting beliefs in order to create lives and businesses they love, which is why she started her coaching business in 2015. In 2018 she discovered the power of Human Design and started offering readings to her clients. In 2021, she also incorporated reprogramming subconscious limiting beliefs with PSYCH-K® into her services.
She moved to Miami in 2020 fulfilling her lifelong dream of living in a warm climate, near the beach.
