Valentina Fermanelli, PhD, helps Christian-raised female entrepreneurs let go of the shame, guilt, and sense of unworthiness so that they can unapologetically claim their desires and get what they want.

Part of her mission is also to help ambitious women let go of the difficult emotions or limiting beliefs that keep them from being present and fully committed to their goals.

If you feel that somewhere in you, you are holding yourself back and you want to smash that block, have a chat with her. :-)

“Valentina helped me recognize where my energetic blocks were and taught me how to release them through tapping and visualization. I felt much lighter and rejuvenated after the session " Lauretta Zucchetti, sales coach

“How freeing to walk into my week feeling like I can conquer the world AND having the strategies of what to do when those thoughts creep in again. " Kimberly Graham, Personal Financial Coach

"I just came out of a first session in Tapping with Valentina and wow. I am flying, she literally put wings on my head. Everything feels possible now." Cornelia Schmidt, photographer

We all want to be seen and heard, and as a business owner this is something you need to recognise.

The way to my heart is through the candy you offer me.

This episode is all about how you should be taking the time to recognise those around you and how best to motivate them and support them.

I am a firm believer, that as a business owner that employs individuals and works with outsource partners, that we should all take the time to get to understand each other to have a seamless and positive relationship.

As humans one of our biggest desires is to be seen and heard, and this is also really important within the workplace.

Give me your lunch money, can you just do this extra thing?, this is important though....

One of the best things I have ever decided for myself is that I don’t play with bullies.

Now you may think that this is very simple, and something that we all do anyway... but actually there are many bullies within our networks that dont fit the standard stereotype, and we let them stay within our circles for far too long.

New Year, New Who? Are New Year's resolutions the most positive way to bring in the new year.... I don’t think so...

Instead of resolutions we should be focusing on setting goals, tangible goals, that you can break down and move your vision or business forward with!

Resolutions are airy fairy promises that we never keep...

This episode is one I'm sure every business owner can relate to, the moment you took the plunge, pulled the trigger and said “It's now or never”

You will never be perfect, nothing will ever feel finished, and there is always something else to do. So just do it.

Easier said than done, I know, don't come for me.....

But we are discrimination machines, and what I mean by that is that we are destined and programmed to always find the tiniest flaw within an idea or plan, and then this coupled by the fact we are all cucumbers with anxiety it can stop us in our tracks when trying to move forward.

In this episode I talk about some of the ways I try to move forward with imperfect action, and why this is important!

Quick.... Run....

It’s time to shift down a gear and change direction, it’s time to be more agile, it’s time to push forward instead of retreating..... it’s time to rally dig deep and power through.

The constant movement and changes within a business, or product development or idea creation can give you motion sickness. It takes a lot of caffeine, stamina and whatever you personal vice is (I dont Judge) to maneuver all of the side blows and adaptations we must go through.

The last couple of years have been even more exhausting, with us having to make bigger changes, be more agile and pivot harder than we have ever had to before.

In this podcast I talk about some of the ways we supported businesses to continue to thrive during lockdown.

Did you just sneeze? Have you been tested? Let’s not plan anything just yet....

Sound familiar?

The World Health Organization declared the COVID outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern on 30 January 2020, and a pandemic on 11 March 2020.

And as we are now going into 2022 we are still seeing severe effects of this within many business sectors, education and our personal lives.

So of course, starting a business in April 2021 was an amazing idea.....

We also decided to create a business in another country......

We Like It Thicc...

It is me again, Robyn from The EXP Blueprint talking today about why you can’t spread peanut butter too thinly, and this is now my metaphor for encouraging those around me to not over promise, or try to over deliver.

Ok, if peanut butter isn’t your thing it could be chocolate spread, butter by itself, gravy on your roast dinner....

When you spread yourself too thinly you end up not being able to give enough of yourself or energy or creativeness to the things that can really help you or support your goals or end vision.

New Pod, Who This?

You know what really annoys me?

(You will discover that this is many things...) but the point I am making here is that it is really annoying when the term business owner, entrepreneur or startup are glorified and made to seem like a visionaries dream and the hard parts are excluded or brushed over.

So I decided to create The EXP Pod.

The EXP Pod is a podcast for anyone out there who is interested in entrepreneurship, building a business or discovering the truth around growing a startup.
