Coach Ron saw snow for the first time from his airplane seat at five-years-old when he and his family moved to NYC from Trinidad. He spent his teen years working from the ground up in New York's famous flower district, eventually owning his own floral design company. Ron is the founder and coach of a track team in New York that is very close to my family's heart. It is his compassion for young athletes and his love for humanity that will leave you smiling. And quite possibly, lacing up your trainers.

Joseph grew up in Kentucky and moved to San Francisco where he pursued a 15-year career in the mortgage industry, before deciding to become a student again at 38, and pursue what had been natural to him from a very early age: helping people.
