Hi my name is Anna. I am in a loving relationship with Craig, who was diagnosed with adult ADHD. We did not know he had ADHD for a long time, as this mental disorder can be very subtle. Discovering ADHD, learning about it, and treating it as a couple has been a life-changing experience for both of us. We have had so many ups and downs, hope, and depression. And our battle is not over. We still deal with ADHD every day. In this Podcast, we want to share all of our secrets, solutions and open up about our struggles in living with ADHD. ADHD medication is probably one of the most controversial topics. Once upon a time, we swore we would never use "drugs" to treat his ADHD.
But, things have changed, a lot.
In this episode, we go in deep to share our research on ADHD drugs, why we did not want to use them, and how we changed our minds later on.
We will cover the pros and cons of using ADHD medications, expectation, reputation, effect, and of course drug abuse issues.
We also cover how to get a prescription, and how to save money on buying medications.
This is definitely an episode you do not want to miss. And, highly recommend you share with your ADHD friends or life partner to an ADHD.

You know when you sense something is "wrong", usually it is?
When I first started dating Craig, I always felt something was off. It's like.....he was not living his life. WHY?
I knew deep down he is a great guy, but how come he often comes out as impulsive, irresponsible, careless, reckless, and really just a hot mess in life.
I could not find answers or solutions, so we fought and we broke up. Even though we ended up giving our relationship a second try, there was still so much difficulty and struggles I could not even put in words.
UNTIL a traumatic car accident changed everything!
Discovering his ADHD is like a key to all the questions we had. Our life is forever changed after that accident. Everything falls into places, and everything makes sense now! ....It does not mean #ADHD is an easy mental disorder to deal with. We still have challenges every day, but at least now we see clearly what the root problem is.
And, we learn, we treat, we cope, we help each other to understand better of ADHD.
We want to share our unfiltered journey of treating ADHD together as a couple. We would love to have you as a subscriber.
Love,
Craig and Anna

When he told me the fridge was not working anymore, I immediately felt a huge pressure fell on my shoulder. My inner monologues said loudly in my head: "He is not going to take care of it! He has ADHD! Great, now it all has to be me!"
We had a big fight. I made him promise he would fix it, but I knew he would leave tons of loose ends, and I have to do my usual tightening up work.
I was right. He forgot to ask for receipts and warranty, and he didn't negotiate the price so we ended up paying more.
I cried and we had another big fight!
Afterwards, I remember he always tells me to seek solutions in a stressful situation. So I did.
I had a light bulb moment and I said: hey let's do a Podcast!
I have been struggling with living with his ADHD for years now, I have so many stories, emotions, strategies, and I have a lot to say!
So here it is, our first Pilot Episode is born!
Hi ADHD friends and loved ones,
This is Craig and Anna. We are very excited to bring this trailer episode to you!
In this trailer, we talked about how we want to use this Podcast to help more people who are in a relationship with an ADHD partner.
We feel that there are more than enough resources for people with ADHD, but not enough resources for people who do not have ADHD, like Anna, but are in a relationship with them.
As the loved one in this relationship, Anna feels she has a lot of struggles and challenges that are not easy at all. Luckily, Anna and Craig also developed tons of solutions and mindset to treat ADHD through years of trial and error.
Please consider subscribing to this Podcast. Share this with your friends or family members who have ADHD.
Sincerely,
Craig and Anna
