How do you think JAM-Dex ( the new Jamaican digital dollar / CBDC) will affect the lives of people in Jamaica, seeing that it is a developing nation?
I personally think it’s going to make paying bills especially taxes easier, the younger people who don’t want to wait in long lines to pay bills are gonna adopt it fast Tthey will intern teach their parents and grandparents and spread the word to their friends.
``` I personally feel like at least on person in every household should have a Jam dex walket. The thing is, many worry about privacy, when they are using a credit /debit card and it’s the same thing with added features nd more liquid. But just like a credit card you wouldn’t want to make every purchase using the Jam dex.

In terms of crime if people stop carrying around wads of cash. It will be difficult for the old school criminals to rob individuals or business for cash. Then we will see the rise of more sophisticated criminals, more consequence and threat based crimes. Like, leave 100,000 at xyz or else. Then we will see the hackers and the gangsters linking up.
If someone steals your phone with a Jam dex wallet installed, they can’t send the money to themselves, if they go to ABM to cash out , they will need your password/PIN number. So we could see a rise in kidnapping style robberies.
What I would personally like to see is the JAM Dex actually helping to spread the decentralized currencies such as Bitcoin by by making it easier to cashin and out. I believe this will be done by underground middle men at first and then legal entities. The same goes fro remitance services using JAHM Dex. Blessed Saturday ReggaeJahmin Hive Community. Long time I don't vlog up! Today after watching @djblendah vlog I got inspired to do a vlog myself and to also showcase some music I've been working on so I could get some feedback. In the vlog I talk about whats been happening over the weeken in my life , but I forgot to metion that @djbelndah, @mrfloridakeyz and I had an insta video link up where we talked about the mixing of a single we working on. Blessed Tuesday Jahmin Hiverz!
I made this demo while driving in my car on the way from work.
Again I used the bandLab app to get the idea down but still haven't had the time to actually record it usung proper equipment.
The photo is an interesting story, I got a free artiste photoshoot session late last year when my friend asked if my kids could model for their apparel and printing company. I didn't realize the entire family would be models. So like a real opportunis, I asked the photgrapher to take some artiste like photos. Imagine, the company flew the photahraphy way from up north in Hokaido, and we were in kanto.But thats how you look out for your peeps while writing off taxes.
Oh, the effects on the image? I diwloaded an app called "motion leap". The plan was to delete it before the subscription started but we know how that goes sometimes.
I made this track after hearing that I just got laid off from work, hence the puchline of the verse. Now I am thinking I wanna do a collab on this track and there will be no chorus. It will be the intro to an upcoming EP I am working on.
I left the instrumental playing after I did the verse so the crestives could vibe too.

Today I went to a City Market in my town. I always look forward to these events as they have live performances. It’s one of the main things I’ve missed since this plandemic started.
High School Jazz Band Brings the Ska There was a high school jazz band at the event and one of the first songs they played was a ska/jazz version of mission impossible. It’s interesting that even in the heart of Japan we can find snippets of Reggae culture.
I managed to get some footage of a part of their ska set and was impressed how they played. They also had a groovy stage presence which the leader of the band guided much to the pleasure of the audience.
This duo played guitar covers of famous songs such as “My Heart Will Go On” by Celine Dion. But it wasn’t any regular cover as one of the members had a Spanish guitar. It was a pretty decent crowd out on a Sunday afternoon as you can see from the picture below.
The Jerkish Chicken & Curry 🍛 Set At the city market, there was a truck selling a jerk & curry set. Of course being Jamaican I had to try it out.The name of the food truck was Green Door, and they really decorated it fi fit the name. They made the walls of the truck from wood and painted various fixtures green to accomplish this. Not your every day food truck at all.
There were various lunch sets starting at ¥1,000. Quite common for city market events to have that price range. They had some good looking cheesecakes too, but I didn’t try it. Below you can see the menu. I wonder if they have a dedicated location /shop or is it only the food truck? I shall find out soon enough. There were many other shops around but the lines were super long.

Just now I created this demo track on one of @mrfloridakeyz riddims.
Though most artistes would rather you wait for the official release, I like to show the process. And for unestablished aristes like me, distributing on web 2 platforms, well lets just say there is no rush.
Though the chorus has been in my mind for a long time, I never actually sat down and wrote a song. I did what I call medz writing. I meditate with the riddim by simply listening to it for some time. Could be days or even months.
Now with the help of an app called Bandlab, I was able to add a new creation process using my phone and the stock headphones to create the song as I go, track by track. it is like having a little studio in your packet.
The Concept The concept is me talking to my future kin folk in nowadays Dancehall style, motivating them to do there best fir the next genration. While at the same time motivating myself.
Well I actually wrote one verse interstingly the app even has a writing section where you can jot down lyrics and for the last verse I did just that. It was a verse I wanted ti be more thiughful and carry an everlasting messsage.
Well, take a listen and tell me what you think. I will listen to it to actually catch the lyrics and vibes on the song and get ready for recirding in the studio.

I visited a shrine yesterday and thought to capture some video clips instead of the photos I usually take these days. It is quite a quick walkthrough of this sacred ground. Suga shrine has a long history of over 1,073 years. It is said to be a prayer ground for a Samurai of the shrine; Fujiwara No Hidesato. He prayed here everyday to the Susanonomikoto ( the deity ) asking for victory against his oponent, Taira no Masakado who was leading revolt . He succeeded in supressing the revolt and a sacred object was placed in Suga Shrine, from Kyoto to mark his victory.
These days people come here to pray for health and good luck. Some Japanese may insist that they are not religious but seeing shrines like this and watching people gather to pray shows you otherwise. Enjoy the visuals and the timely Dub music.

The other day I got a beat from @mrfloridakeyz and the phrase "Bi Mi Owna Bank" ( Be my own bank ) instantly came into my head. I decided to work on the idea and build a chorus from the phrase and then a verse. Tonight/day I share with you what I have come up with so far. The song as it is titled, is about being your own bank, keeping your own keys, it also dives into defi a little and then promotes HIVE.
Though I know most people I share this song with outside of the cyrpto world will not get, it is a song that is true to me and what I beleive in. It seems I have a thing for the niche Crytpo Dancehall. Hey, we can only sing what we know about rt? Cherackt my pctice vidoe. It is part of my song creatuon process, I record myselfuing video and then listen to how the song sounds before actually recording in the booth. It also gives me a chance to get feedback.

In this video I expand on an idea I had about using NFTS or some kind of reward system to enhance the current education system and also to boost marketing effectivness for companies.
let's face it, school is boring and many students are not motivated. Though research has been done on rewarding students' performance with money, I think that is something that doesn't need to be researched as it is obvious.
The key is to implement it in a way that benifits society at large. This could be done through NFTS and or coupons issued by companies that motivate students to excell in school while earning real world rwards.
The companies benifit as they get direct marketing to a major consumer group, students ate motivated to learn, there isless of a burder on parents to buy certain things their kids can now earn.

Today in took a morning walk and listened to a slew of riddims that came in this week from @mrfloridakeyz. As I passed this new apartment complex I couldn’t help think about my dream of owning a lot for myself.
I went on my way and enjoyed the fresh air and scenes of nature while mumbling melodies to the riddims that will run these streets in the months ahead. It’s these times when I’m at peace when flows just seem to pop up in my head.
I came up with a hook framework and then decided to record it when I went home so I could remember it. Then it manifested into a freestyle. They name of this riddim is Dreams Come True, so that have me the inspiration to create around that. I see why MFK gave the Riddim that name as it has that “Dream come True”, enjoy and tell me what you you think in the comments below.

In this video I talk about how the Olympics could bring mass adoption to VR technology if done right. After making this video I found this article on how the Olympics will be going 5G using holographic 3d images of the athletes in real time 4k and 8k HD sent to your VR head set, but it is said this will be limited to the Tokyo area and probably to a selected few to showcase how the future of sports events could be.
I really believe that VR is the way to go for the 2020/2021 Tokyo Olympics and also the way to make VR finally mass adopted. Who wouldn't want to watch the games in High Def 3d holograms through VR headsets?
And another question is when will there ever be such an opportunity to make VR mass adopted?
