The Bear Necessities - The Jungle Book
I chose this song before noticing that is just a few days till we visit the Amazon Rainforest and keep going on with our web3 Social Impact project, you can check it out and support here:
https://giveth.io/project/huottoja-university-of-ancestral-knowledge
This is one of my favorite songs of Disney, I have to say that Spanish versions of the songs are different from the English one and those are the ones that I grew up with, I hope that you like it and that you can share to others so they can know how these songs sound in Spanish!
This song speaks about taking things on a relaxed manner, making awareness on the fact that nature is wired to give you abundance and that there's no scarcity on the abundant garden of life when you walk on a natural flowstate.
@piedrademar is making the voices that answers the bear in the scene, we had so much fun recording and preparing the scene 😸 ❣️
Happy to share music, specially in this times of tension, and to be able to make some impact trough web3 tools, what a ride.

few days back i got a video from a friend playing this song, and it was so great to see him making this song of him aswell, this is a beautiful phenomena happening with this song on my local, my friends sees themselves as farmers of no winter's land, there might be at least 5 versions of this song, the purpose of songwriter performance artist is to seed in the minds of people the awakening seeds.
with this song I was able to visit de amazon for the first time with my friends in 2020, as we splitted the 2nd prize of the Harvest Finance Creative contest that helped us to afford the goal that we have in common, studying ancestral medicines and culture of the Huottoja Community in The Venezuelan Amazon.
i've decided to mint as my first NFT ever, given it's meaning for both my digital and local communities, inspiring positive images and sharing the fire of love
Roots theme song for this week: No winter's land
First post of no winter's landa song inspired by Harvest Finance DeFi Contest where the Theme of that contest was "Surviving a Harsh Winter"
wich brought me up so much questions, because you see, where i live, there's no winter
decided to participate i started to look for inspiration on winter, union, fire and it's worth saying there was a 24h deadline for said contest when i got aware of it, so in order to collaborate with the universe and in the most conceptual way as possible to express we don't have winter, what we have is fire, i decided to call on all my local artist friends and see who was available to not only participate with me, but to get them interested into the oportunities of using web3 as a tool for independent artist to raise independent music with meaning.
so there we are, 4 of us Venezuelan artist friends talking about the song when suddenly my friend Queipo picked up a poem he just made the night before about some farmers living in a land of no Winter.... i mean...
what are the odds?the poem was a great root for the song and in record time i wrote a song where each parragraph is inspired in one line of the poem of my friend, and for the first time i added some english lyrics to an original song, looking to close the gap between the song's message and the international audience of the web3 world.
even speaking the same language we miss the substance in each other words when we communicate, music is a media of expression that emphasizes and puts feelings above words, making of it an universal languaje.
i feel gratitude to find my community in a multilingual community who builds bridges for bridges
So, this is a multipurpose song, depending on the listener:if you're Venezuelan, doesn't matter where you are in the world, but specially in cold places: this song is for you to remember, you have a fire within, inextinguishable
if you're a web3 native: this song was to participate with a ReFi concept into a DeFi contest, long before ReFi existed as one of the main concepts to define "Connecting roots to the wireless" wich makes him a ReFi song, talking about seeds in different dimensions, tangible and metaphisical, so we can visualize for the long term together, remembering that in order to survive a winter, crypto or IRL, union is a non-negotiable variable
if you're an artist: this song is for you, to remember you're one of the farmers of no winter's land, settling and sending the fire of love anytime you share a message aligned to the long term visions of your local.
and for all the farmers of no winter's land connecting roots to the wireless, keep away from FOMO and HODL the VIBE!
Here's the song lyrics:chorus: We are the farmers of No-Winter's land, settling(sending) the fire of love.
english translationHere we are the caretakers sowers of the earth where winter does not exist and your sorrow will melt, transmitting all the fire found in the seeds of union.
We have the seeds heart
We are raising a pray
That will dispose for germination
Seeds for awakening.
We have the heart seeds
We are raising a pray
That will dispose for germination
Sound for awakening.
The radiant sun comes, banishing darkness. Winter exists only to be grateful to the sun, close the circle and enjoy the orchestra of life and warmth.
The radiant sun is coming, banishing darkness. Winter exists only to thank the sun, close the circle and enjoy the orchestra of magic and love.
close the circle and enjoy the orchestra of cacao and flavor
close the circle and enjoy the orchestra of Yopo and the vision

Today's song is inspired on ancestral knowledge and meant to be a compass for the web3 native on this sea of potential.Web3 + Music can serve a purpose of social impact, and today you will read about how the journey of a Venezuelan Bankless artist had impact on the Amazon by using web3 as a way to intertwine ancestral and modern sinthesis for a present filled of meaning for everybody who tune in with this.
Of course, this is not a journey he has taken alone, along the way (7 years) he has met wonderful human beings across digital and phisical dimensions that supports him on his way connecting roots to the wireless.
Long story short: Now you can donate to the Huottoja Community and if you do till July 12 you can upgrade your regen score
Today's entry it's a special one where i have the joy to share a song with my love @piedrademar who will be sharing with us music soon, i know this is a great way to introduce her to the platform and motivate her to share more of her beautiful voice and music with us for upcoming weeks. We're working together on The Huottoja Community project, seeing the intersection of music x social impact x web3.
This song is inspired by the four agreements, sinthesis of information inspired by the Toltecs, an ancestral Community from Mexico that within these 4 agreements condensed the code of conduct that today we share with you in the form of "Smart Contract", an original song that serves as medicine for both the artist and the listeners in a search for purpose and direction that only our inner journey can show to us. The smartest of contracts is the one that we first make with ourselves.
1) Be impeccable with your word.2) Don't take anything personally.3) Don't make assumptions.4) Always do your best. And it feels aligned for me to share this song for this contest in the same moment i'm promoting this crowfunding for the Huottoja Community to construct it's multipurpose houses and covering part of their neccesities so they can share with us more of their traditions and ways, wich have been preserved and have been out of the modern loophole and that now more than ever are needed to integrate into today's coordination challenges of the modern society, where a sinthesis between the "Roots and the Wireless" -as I like to call it- can lead to the better usage of these technologies for a purpose of nutrition and balance with nature.
So i will be promoting the Huottoja Community Project across different spaces on web2 and web3 while i share this song on live performance and while i also promote the NFT version of it, a Studio version recorded about a month ago traveling and teaching about web3 to the whole production chain, now they're all winning a % of it AND you can have a studio version into your wallet !!
Cyborgh Amish Seeking Balance, Connecting Roots to the Wireless, Keep Away from FOMO and HODL the VIBE
https://3speak.tv/watch?v=joseacabrerav/nomfurzy
It's been tough days because there are constructions all around the area, and if you work with sounds, the level of tolerance must be huge to work and endure the random noise of drills, hammers, and trucks. The difficult part about this is that during the day there have been few moments of silence, and I wanted to record during the day but couldn't leave the house since I've been in various transitions with work as well as with eating, and being at home has been both the best and most stressful thing due to my surroundings. But there are moments like this, of construction, and I want to think that it's also happening inside me with all the physical and routine changes I'm making with the passing days. Luckily, I had a moment of silence between the hours of the day, and I was able to record the song I'm going to talk about today.
Web3 has meant an exponential growth in my journey. Since I started doing digital concerts on Discord about 7 years ago, the concept of "Digital Street Music" has been forming in my consciousness as the pursuit of equivalent exchange with other individuals in terms that allow an exploration of the here and now in artistic spaces, as well as a playful dynamic between music and conversation whose axes also go to philosophy and web3.
I'm a musician, I live for music, and I'm constantly generating resources through it not only because I'm stubborn with a dream and the will to achieve it through unconventional means, but also because that constant translates into evolution for all dimensions I inhabit.
Currently, I am a digital and local being. I have focused on the creative process of calibrating technique with the organic, roots with the wireless, and that is the purpose that music and art serve in this type of technology. I call this "Cyborg Amish Seeking Balance," presenting a duality that resides in me and in you, our connected side to natural times and another that seeks the automation of processes.
This invokes a question: What is the middle ground between the automatic and the natural? And I have that question because working in a technical and digital world from a format like music, you appreciate the synthetic dimensions that humans have shown possible in visible reality, and I see a problem, I distinguish the absence of roots in the values of projects that only for that reason end up being short-sighted. Modern technology requires the debate of technological obsolescence, either because we understand that finite resources on Earth are running out, out of respect for the inhabitants who for thousands of years did not extract resources from these areas, or simply because we acquire the awareness that this earthly plane will be the home of our descendants. Are we going to hand it over to our grandchildren in the long term out of love or fear?
This leads me to a variety of topics, such as diversity, and I can applaud the struggles for diversity in the world, but before wanting to move forward, we would need to talk thoroughly and with the same normalization of the diversity of our indigenous peoples, as well as the awareness of how our relationship with them as a modern society has been and how we can bring it to a point of metamodernism if you want to call it that, or Game B, which is about playing life taking our well-being and that of the earth as infrastructure for the strategies of the here and now.
I also have a flirtation with astrology that comes from a deep childhood curiosity to unravel the mysteries of the universe, and these tools have served as a channel to channel creative energy into a template that allows it to be an alchemical process, embracing the dark and light parts of our colors to paint the universe. And that doesn't mean that sometimes we don't feel like the colors we have are not enough to explain the world or ourselves, or funnier, that they are not "beautiful," a judgment of self-criticism capable of cutting our moment of muse.
The song I bring to you this week is a mix of astrology, drama, and philosophy made into a song, a door to the imaginary that seeks to show the light and the dark, and so we find ourselves in the wisdom that we all laugh, we all cry, and together they generate the energy required to reach the appreciation of the unusual phenomenon that is the fact of being here.
Without further ado, Karma
Karma - José CabreraI think it's the most fun song for those who don't speak Spanish, given the playful and universal quality of elements like the breeze and laughter, allowing energy to flow beyond consciousness. I consciously seek to make songs a space to observe high and low peaks of emotion that allow for accompaniment and containment in moments of high and low peaks for me. I hope you enjoy it.
LyricsSometimes I cling so much to the moments
that when they end they cause me pain
And that's my Karma, from dreaming so much.
That time changes everything
That time is transformation
That time is a distance... that changes perception
Your cold, take it away, or don't give me anything.
The eternal dawn watches us in a corner
You danced without distraction the song of death,
our inherent code also became a song.
So much talent your late eyes have,
I die of laughter with all your mental games.
The densest argument now is the breeze
of your values so tender and so natural
I sing and connect the dots in time with rhymes
And you don't know where my nonsense is going
which I manifest often in midday
that give color of my essence to your realities
And sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night,
as if screaming for a color, a clearer tone
that light is also color and musical notes or zodiac signs.
Art is a driver.
I sing and connect the times in time with rhymes
And you don't know where my nonsense is going
which I manifest often in midday
that give color of my essence to your realities.
Thanks for reading
Tu frío quítamelo, o no me entregues nada.
Tu frío quítamelo, o no me entregues nada.

Howdy Hive! Today i want to talk you about Today's song for the #Vibes Initiative and Recap with you about my last week trip to the #amazon, how i funded it on #web3 and what's next.
I'm a Full Time Web3 native who started his journey on Steemit and by experience decided to go Blockchain Agnostic, wich means i make friends whenever i go sharing my art, 7 years has passed since then and i created the concept of "Digital Street Music" wich means most of the oportunities i have created for me had happened trough music as a vehicle for channeling creative energy, and i want to go deep on this topic because today's song El Código Básico means that depthness to me
i wrote this song digesting my Sound Engineering Discovery, a Math Infinite Pattern of Music that can be performed in any key, any scale, any rythm, chord or melody. That process helped me to unveil the psycological barriers of fear and self-doubt i had to do music back in the day and impacted deeply in how i perform, and after I found this math pattern, i felt like all questions i had were released into the realization that art, science and spirituality are one at the core, and music is a map for it, wich is a blessing because it cannot be erased from the pages of human evolution. It is and it will always be a Map for humanity to reach the highest goal in life: harmony wich refers to the right distance we have to have, first within ourselves, stablishing a triad chord between mind, body and spirit. If we play our music as a project, we will be speaking about mission, vission and values, and we can agree a bicycle stumbles, but a tricycle doesn't and that help us to destilate the importance of the number 3 in a 3 Dimensional World and help us to close the gap between Geometry and Wave, if you think deep about it, it's the only things that we perceive on this human experience.
English LyricsI have a basic, code
For your toxic, traits
To change your sound,
To mold your ear.
I have a balm, sour,
Sweet as Reality
To clean you from within
To wash the dense out of you
I dream that I have the last word to say in this story.
The infinity of that day remains in my memory
As you have to know, sometimes you feel a whole battalion
Sometimes the ant roars at the Lion. Sometimes Mars brings out its color
As you have to know, not everything has to be done,
And the sacred must always be, even if we cannot see.
I arrived two days ago from the amazon, we succesfully reactivated a solar pannel wich needed an inversor we delivered from the capital city, around 14 hours of road to get to the jungle, I was able to crowfund my journey selling an NFT song but the most magic part of it is that by communicating what i wanted to do, i got some donors on my Giveth and some great users from ImpactZone donating me till the point most of my journey was crowfunded trough altruism, wich helped me to invest in equipment i needed and was off budget.
now i can tell you from experience: communicate your dream, first to you, then to others.
Web3 is full of great oportunities, but similar to music, we're only going to be able to listen to 2% of it, my advice for both scenarios stays the same, be conscious of what you give your attention to, that's why i say "Keep away from FOMO and HODL the VIBE"
Here's a virtual hug from your friend, the Cyborg Amish Seeking Balance Between the Roots and the Wireless

A better world for all, that was this week word for the #hive Openmic and got me thinking about wich song can express an universal message of love that i can share for this edition and no doubt that was No te alejes by Juanito Makande one of the songs who keeps my light up.
i've always like to perform music who embraces shadow work and this song have been walking with me for a long time ago, it is a song that feels empowering and that speaks raw truths, for example that sentence that states "i realized that in the eyes of the dogs is where humanity is"
exposing that disconnection that we have as humans, animals are a mirror for our souls to remember us where humanity is.
if you like the song you can check out the lyrics here. I do believe in the healing power of music as a tool for having an inner journey and understand beautiful realizations about our fractal nature
sometimes we are the storm and we have to overcome what we experience on those moments by finding the way of not hurting us on the dark moments
if we all do our inner work were going to have a gift in the now, a present.
that's my message for the #openmic community, Keep away from #FOMO and #HODL the VIBE, seeking forward hearing music from this week and to engage with other artists onchain

Even though our arranged guest got COVID and wasn't able to arrive we decided to make our first episode of bard's night sharing our intention and vision with this podcast and do live music without knowing that the universe had differet plans for us. Suddenly at the beggining of the podcast our first listener jumped in and shared with us what they journey is about.
Once we started our podcast, @elamental, a web 3 native artist arrived and shared with us on text, suddenly we had a new guest for our first show and it was a freestyle session to visualize from the MC perspective what being a bard is about:
A lot of people associate hip-hop with gangster rap and other types of genres when the original meaning of hip hop stands for (H)igher (I)nfinite (P)ower (H)ealing (O)ur (P)eople. - @elamental
It was great for us to share quality time with @elamental who has been actively raising his voice and finding his message to share about, aligned with frespeech and seeking to resignify hip hop pure meaning which these days have been decreased to idolizing money and expose a culture of excess.
Elamental Forces is his most recent production that took a year, conscious lyrics over nature with a mix of fire, a message of truth-hop music.

No winter's land is a bilingual song that was born from the union with a group of musician friends in order to create a piece of art that would talk about living together in the winter, a cold season where all the activities that in other seasons of the year are daily become a challenge that in the union with our neighbors and family is alleviated, being all this an analogy for the hard times and understand that in the union is the strength.
if we talk about winter and community, indirectly we are talking about fire, a fundamental factor for a community, since fire serves as a meeting place where we can share food, tobacco and words, besides appeasing the temperatures in a cold night.
In our modern society this concept of fire as a space to connect with our community and tell stories has been displaced by other rituals such as watching television or enjoying the comforts of technology, causing a lack of awareness in our ability and skills of survival in nature.
In Venezuela there is no winter, and the truth is that before working, with this warm and delicious weather, one prefers to lie down in a hammock and wait for the mangoes to fall from the tree by their own weight, that has made me value and has given me clarity about how I want to relate to the environment even if the weather conditions do not require me a state of survival, therefore, the following song is a message of integration between cold and heat, being the community and the fire an axis for all to raise one voice.
We are all caretakers and sowers of the earth.
From this land where winter does not exist, we transmit the fire of our roots.
No winter's land Lyrics // Letra chorus: we are the farmers of No-Winter's land, lightning the fire of love.
