Too young to know is a culture-centric podcast hosted by Freya, and occasionally co-hosted with Maia. Inspired by the assumption that teenagers are unaware of current affairs and are too immature to be knowledgable in topical conversations, Too young to know aims to dismantle this stereotype and compiles an entertaining balance of personal experiences with today's societal issues. It aims to explore with its listeners more about the world. New episodes every Friday on all major platforms!

Today, maia and I talk about what aspects we feel make up a confident person from first glance, then we explore further what actually seperates people from being average to confident. Then we touch on what we feel personally makes us confident and how an imbalence can be detrimental to your self worth. To close we discuss what advice we have to becoming the most confident, bad bitch version of yourself!

Happy friday! Today Maia and I discuss our experiences with anxiety and extreme stress symptoms. Then, we touch on some advice for dealing with anxiety and stress, including how to deal with comparing yourself with other people grade wise, and finding ways to identify your anxious thoughts so they are easier to manage. We definitely feel that this topic is not talked about enough, so we hope that if any of these feelings discussed in the episode feel familiar, this episode reassures you aren't alone, and maybe some of the advice we give you are able to carry with you.
