Growing up as I child I use to think that the God of the bible was just one God. As I gotten older and see the bible through a higher lens, I see that the people had options and the main Elohim God (Yahweh) in the Old Testament wasn’t having it. He was notable for saying “For you shall worship no other god, for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God” (Exod. 34:14). Some leading researchers on emotion argue that jealousy is not an emotion at all, but a union of fluctuating feelings of anger, fear, sadness, or disgust. Jealousy emerges when a valued relationship with another person is threatened by a rival who appears to be competing for attention, affection, or commitment. Come tune-in and hear Coach KA share his thoughts on “Is God Loving and Jealous at The Same Time”?

It is a scientific truth that whatever is retained as fact in consciousness is bound to be manifested either in words, deeds, or bodily condition. In today’s episode coach KA wants to examine one characteristic which may be consistently active in a man's life, that it becomes a law. We must admit history shows that kindness is not a virtue that comes naturally to mankind, but it may become, as some may say, "second nature." We applaud kindness in the countless crises of life, but how great is the need in the world we are living in for ordinary kindness to rule the hearts of men and woman today. Let us reconsider how we relate and treat one other by “Cultivating the Law of Kindness”.

Why is change so hard to embrace? Are we as divine human beings too comfortable even in bad situations? Comfort is the enemy of change, and we can become too comfortable in our present situation if it was meant to be temporary. We often resist the impulse to make a change, but yet change is the one constant that we can be absolutely sure of. Oftentimes a crisis dramatically forces that change upon us. It’s usually painful and never pleasant, but if accepted, it is ultimately healing and almost always beneficial to us. The law of change works to our advantage when we understand it and flow with what is meant to happen. Come tune-in and listen to coach KA as he explains what this law is and what can cause change to occur even if we don’t like it. Do you know the truer something is to itself the higher the vibration is? According to Dictionary.com “A vibration is a state of being, the atmosphere of a place, or the associations of an object, as communicated to and felt by others”. How are you vibrating right now? Do you think the world is vibrating at a high level? Everything in the universe is made up of molecules vibrating at different speeds. This includes trees, bodies, rocks, animals, thoughts, and emotions. Human vibrations are composed of everything from physical matter to the way you communicate the thoughts you think. In simple terms, some molecules vibrate faster, and some vibrate slower; there are higher vibrations and lower vibrations. Come tune in to Coach KA as he explores the idea of how we can vibrate higher in such a world full of ups, downs and twists and turns. Most of us know that there are no accidents; that an accident is a lack of understanding of natural law. When I consider the law of freedom, I think freedom and law are not typically words that one would consider the same. When I think of law, I think of rules and regulations: restrictions, limitations and preventiveness. On the contrary, when I hear the word freedom, I envision myself in a wide-open field with my arms stretched high and enjoying the moment with endless possibilities. We cannot fully enjoy freedom until we understand the law that governs it. For when we understand the law that governs anything, it is the first step in gaining power over it to experience the subject that it’s governing. In this episode come explore with coach KA the “The Law of Freedom” and see if you can answer the question 'What are you doing with the law that you are’? You are more powerful than you think.

Getting our power back is a process that we have to make part of our daily life. Before you can effectively get your power back, you have to realize that you no longer have all of your power and make the decision to gain it back. This is not to say none of us have our power because that is not true, however it’s to say if you ever felt stuck, anxious, depressed and even fearful at times there’s a part of you that may have lost it’s power to thrive in your environment. Sometimes you can get trapped in your own negative way of thinking.

In a Psychology Today, Dr. Melanie Greenberg discusses three common thinking patterns, but here is two of them:

  • Negative Rumination: Continuously focusing on negative outcomes that can lead to feelings of being discouraged, stuck, and even depressed.
  • Overthinking: Trying to think of and plan for every possible scenario, essentially attempting to control that which is out of your control, in an effort to avoid any pain or disappointment.

Come tune in to today’s podcast as coach KA takes us on a journey of getting our power back despite the odds that maybe against us. May we reclaim our power and use it to create healing and beauty in the world we are living in today.

According to Gerald Fishkin, a California-based psychologist and author of The Science of Shame, the experience of shame is connected with the limbic system. That’s the part of the brain that influences the autonomic nervous system, which is responsible for the fight-or-flight response.  Scientific research also links shame with the physiological urge for self-protection: The experience of shame recruits the same brain circuits that prompt people to hide from physical danger. “Shame isn’t associated with cognition at all. At the precise moment shame is triggered, we are emotionally hijacked, and there’s no prefrontal activity,” Fishkin says. “We automatically want to be anonymous and invisible.” So we end up staying in fight-or-flight mode as a way to protect ourselves, and the cycle continues. Today coach KA is going to share with us the 3 paradox of Shame according to the book “The Science of Shame” and see what solutions we have that we can use to overcome the grip of shame.

Have you ever seen the painting “The Last Supper” by Leonardo Da Vinci? If so, did you see the yellow sun globe around Jesus head? Did you ever depict what it meant on a deeper level? You see a lot of the stories in the bible are meant for allegory and metaphors as it was meant for a deeper truth. For example back in ancient days the Egyptians gave the name Neter to the great and supreme Force of all, the “One God,” the source of all Creation, all that is and all that shall be. They felt that to know this one God was to know the many faces, qualities, and attributes of this sacred source, and the more they learned of these faces, the closer they got to the divine origin. From the Neter emerge the Neteru, there are countless Neteru, so from the One come the many. These Neteru are Cosmic principles, laws, and forces of Universal Nature and the Consciousness that permeate the whole universe. They are the means by which the Neter sustains creation and manifests through it. You and I are a part of God’s creation. How we express ourselves are different, but nonetheless a part of the many faces of the source of all creation. The ancient Egyptian people reasoned that no one on Earth could ever lay claim of ownership to the Great Orbit of the Day. It must belong to the unseen Creator of all. It became, figuratively speaking, not man’s, but “God’s Sun”. God’s Sun was truly the light of the world. Come listen in and find out if “God’s Son is God’s Sun” allegorically and see if there’s any expression of truth figuratively for us to live by today.

In the United States, the most iconic New Year’s tradition is the dropping of a giant ball in New York City’s Times Square at the stroke of midnight. Millions of people around the world watch the event, which has taken place almost every year since 1907.

The year 2022 was a distressing year in terms of ‘sudden deaths’ in the United States and around the world. As we move into Universal Year 7-- 2023, we set a different tone for the world. Numerologists believe that numbers are not just tools to count things, but they also have a special symbolic meaning. It’s also the study of the spiritual meaning of numbers that gives further insight to each number. With this being a Universal 7 year, the number 7 has many meanings associated with it. The number 7 has a driving desire for spiritual wisdom and knowledge. Could spending times in complete silence, i.e. not speaking to anyone for 30 minutes or an hour or so, help us to learn how to speak better? Meaning to have greater understanding on when to speak out and when to be silent when amongst others. Silence & Solitude are often listed together probably because it's difficult to do one without doing the other. Merriam Webster Dictionary defines the two as follows.

Silence = the forbearance of speech or noise; synonym = muteness. Solitude = the quality or state of being alone or remote from society; synonym = seclusion.

With that definition in mind in the book of Ecclesiastes 3:7b – it said that there is “a time to be silent and a time to speak”. Have you ever found yourself speaking out about things that you wish you could take back? There is a law or principle of Silence that allows individuals or creatures the space, peace, and time to rest and recuperate from the noises and chattering outside. The silence is found within the SOUL. Come join me and listen in on this week’s episode as I share with you what the law or principle of Silence is and how you can apply the law to your life to change your life from the inside out.

Correction on me saying once during the episode that it’s the year 2020, but indeed the year 2022 during this recording. 😊

Have you ever tried to achieve a goal only to sabotage yourself at every turn? Have you ever been there before? If you’re not where you want to be in life, no matter how much willpower you’ve applied, chances are you have subconscious programs keeping you firmly in place. The subconscious, in a fearless effort try to keep you safe and in alignment with its holdings, is resistant to change. Even when the possibility of change feels consciously good, the subconscious is probably devising crazy ways to keep you firmly rooted in the known. Our subconscious mind is a powerful force to be reckoned with. It makes up around 95% of your brain power and handles everything your body needs to function properly, from eating and breathing to digesting and making memories. Today let’s explore and discuss a little bit about “The Law of The Sub-Conscious Mind.  Let’s discover what it is and how the world we live in is using the law to program us every day to do what it wants us to do and lets find out how to take our power back as well. Never assume you are only what you think you are. You are more than that.

Why are some people more religious than others? For some it could be their upbringing and culture and for others it can be forced upon them.  While the influences are many, new research suggests that whether we believe may also have to do with how much we rely on our own intuitions versus analytical thinking. Although some people hold religion in a positive light and have faith just to believe, I’ve learned that religion could also be a double-edged sword. People who violate religious norms may experience feelings of guilt or shame, or they may fear punishment from God. Is it possible that religion is not telling us the full truth about the Bible? Is it possible that religion was never meant to free us mentally, emotionally, or spiritually? Is religion trying to control the narrative of how we see life and the world we are living in? I see a lot of the younger generation questioning things more than the former generations and for me that’s a good sign that they want answers. Come explore with me the question “Can Religion Control Your Thinking” and come to your own conclusion of the matter.

The word religion comes from Latin and while there are a few different translations, the most prevalent roots take you back to the Latin word “Re-Ligare”. “Ligare” means “to bind” or to “connect”. Adding the “re” before “Ligare” causes the word to mean “Re-Bind” or “Re-Connect”. Should we Re-Bind or Re-connect ourselves back to other being’s perspective on life and on who God is? The Iron Age was a time of rampant superstition, ignorance, inequality, racism, misogyny, and violence. Also, in the bible slavery had God’s sanction. Women and children were literally possessions of men. Should we not question those old beliefs? Should we not question the bible God and ask those tough questions? I’ve learned that religion divides insiders from outsiders. Rather than assuming good intentions, adherents often are taught to treat outsiders that don’t believe what they believe with suspicion and not through the eyes of love. Come explore with me the question “Can Religion Cause More Harm Than Good in The Name of God” and come to your own conclusion if it’s something we should just believe or should we examine, investigate, research, reconsider and discover the truth of who we are and the planet we are living in.

Dates: Thursday November 10th – Tuesday November 15th 2022

I’m a very fortunate person to have lived long enough and well enough to see a great desire of mine fulfilled. I’m an avid researcher, seeker of truth, thirsty for spiritual knowledge and knowledge of self. My background came from being raise in Christianity, however I always felt since I was a little child that there was more to spirituality than what Christianity was telling me. Understanding the science of numbers and astrology I’m considered a number 7 based on the timing of my birth. Those of us who are born with the vibration of number 7 are both deep and wise. We are not satisfied with simple explanations and surface level information. We know that the real gold is buried deeper and won't stop until we find what we are looking for and then we’ll keep digging for more if necessary. Asking questions, researching, listening, and sensing are all special skills the 7 uses in our search for awareness. With that said I wanted a new experience, and I found an Africa tradition that I wanted to explore their perspective on spirituality and how to understand myself on a deeper level. Come listen in on this episode as I share some insight on my experience from going to Port Antonio, Jamaica for my birthday to becoming initiated as an Inyanga (level one – Inyanga is a traditional healer, especially one who uses herbal medicines) in pursuit of becoming a Sangoma Healer in the Zulu tradition.

There are so many ways to explain or look at what enlightenment is. Gautama Buddha once said that it’s the end of suffering. Enlightenment can also be defined as the experience that you’re not separate from God, you’re one with God.

Nikola Tesla once said that, “If you want to understand the universe think in terms of energy, frequency, and vibration.”

The third of the 7 universal laws tell us that “Nothing rests; everything moves; everything vibrates”. Science has confirmed that everything in the universe, including you, is pure energy/spirit vibrating at different frequencies. Every vibration equals a feeling and in the vibrational world, there are only two kinds of vibrations, positive and negative. For example, it is known that emotions and thoughts carry with them a distinct vibration. Depending on what you are thinking will determine the level of positive and negative feelings you may have. Emotions and thoughts of unconditional love are subtle and vibrate the highest. Thoughts and emotions of hate are denser and vibrate at the lowest frequencies. This universal law provides a window into the millions of degrees of vibration that separate matter, energy, and spirit. It is said that once a student fully understands the principle of vibration, they have grasped the scepter of power. Come explorer with Coach KA 7 things that can affect your vibration and what can help raise your vibration to the next level.

Maya Angelou once said that "You can only become great at that thing you’re willing to sacrifice for."

Are we actually afraid of our own potential for greatness? What if you could become the greatest version of yourself? What if we all personally dared to follow our own spiritual paths without fearing the judgment of others urging us to return to the masses?

Today’s topic is urging us not to be afraid to be different. Many are afraid of losing the comfort of the crowd, where we can feel safe and “secure” of our decisions. Many are afraid of the ridicule that comes with daring to stand out, and of the potential fear of failure and on the contrary, some are afraid to succeed because of the responsibility that comes with success.

If we want to achieve GREATNESS in life and reach our full God potential, one thing is for certain: We have to move past any fear, worry or doubt that may arise and take action anyways!! Fear doesn’t want you to do anything. It wants you to appear to be busy, but busy going nowhere. Fear and mediocrity go hand in hand. Don't let them defeat you.

We all have the chance to become something great. Do not allow the crab in the bucket mentality to pull you down to a low frequency but tune into the episode and hear coach KA as he shares with you 7 Habits, he uses to help unlock your own GREATNESS inside of you.

The truth be told, the inner self is a truth seeker. The inner journey is a path that is a long and challenging path of entering into the eternal paradox that exists between your ego and your soul. The outer you is driven by the personal illusions we all create for ourselves, illusions we will do anything to maintain, especially if you have religious beliefs. The outer you fear looking at the truth whereas the inner you cannot rest until it sees the truth. When you enter into the inner journey and you return to your ordinary five sensory world, you will see it for what it is: illusions built upon temporary illusions. Then how will you now exist in a world that you so clearly understand to be driven by fear? No guru is going to save you. Reading about Jesus, Krishna or Lao Tzu is one thing, but following their examples and living your own life is another. Come join Coach KA as he shares in his personal experience in how he had to learn how to overcome his dark night of the soul along with understanding that a spiritual awakening comes with friction and separation from close friends and family alike, but the journey is a journey that is liberating to the soul.

Religion, more than politics and economics, kills and cripples’ human evolution. More human beings have been murdered, tortured, discriminated against, humiliated, hated on, and even scorned because of religion. It’s not to say some individuals haven’t grown or benefitted from religion, but it’s to say looking at the bigger picture it was never meant to free humanity. If anything, it divides us because it never tells you the full story. Nonetheless one thing the rulers of this world couldn’t take away was God within ourselves. That's the spark that has us here, however having a pulse is one thing and having an awakening of the God impulse is another. There’s an ancient saying that says “For many are called, but few are chosen – Matt 22:14.” Since nobody can kill God there’s an invite that is transmitted within yourself, but for some reason only a few answer the invitation. There’s a reason why.  Let’s explore why with Coach KA - "The God Impulse" awaits you.

If you're like most people, you probably associate courage with fearlessness, but that is not always the case. In fact, courage is taking action in spite of the fear you may feel. There are many people who have a fear to succeed than they do of failure, however it still takes courage to succeed. Being courageous can make you more successful in life because you're more likely to pursue your dreams, goals and seize opportunities as they present themselves. Both failure and success are teachers of life. You never really lose, but you can always learn from both sides of the spectrum. Both start in the mind, but as you embrace courage and incorporating it into your life you can increase your sense of happiness and fulfillment. The ancient text once said, "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he” (Proverb 23:7a).

Why do nice guys finish last? If you are a guy, do you lose several casual romantic relationships because you are perceived as feminine? Though several studies point to women’s discrepancy and inconsistency in choosing the nice and considerate guy for the bad boy; many more conclude that for keeps; they always end up with the nice person.

I have always seen that as the goal as lessons about life, love, self, kindness and goodness will be learnt. It seems that nice people don’t get the reward of what they want because they are seen as doormats but not all of them are. People can be nice, but also set boundaries as I have seen this in both genders exhibit this. The key is to know your worth and set boundaries as needed. You really don’t need to compromise your values to please others; kindness gets noticed by others who has a soul and gets rewarded accordingly.
