Mark shares the story behind the Donna Squire International Nursing Student Bursary.
Donna passed away in late June 2021 after a brief battle with cancer. The loss was sudden and devastating to her family and anyone that knew her. With a desire to create a legacy for Donna, the family created the Donna Squire International Nursing Student Bursary. The bursary will recognize three students, one per semester, entering into the 2nd year of the Conestoga College nursing program, based on a combination of academic, educational performance, quality of care and self-reflective practice.
