We round it all out with a QRD on some basic tools appropriate to The Criminal of Purpose, an explication on how to exercise the vestibular system while working agility drills, and a minor clinic in what it looks like to weaponize ambiguity for later use.
The many orphan and oddity pieces fall into place in this episode with respect to a coherent relationship between Xenia, Breathwork, The Hero, Mono-Myth and the Meta Myth. The science meets the mystical and the Great Wall of fluff is bypassed such that we can get down to the reality with respect to the interplay between the levers of your physiology and the intangibles of your Will.
The narrative, properly told, requires preparation, purgation and the paradoxical adoption of both a radical re-embodiment of the image of God and a fearsome immersion in the intricacies of abstracted Logos. No one said this was easy. The question becomes ultimately: do the biggest cowards and weaklings in all history actually win, or do you embrace the discomfort (not even pain most of the time) and reify both your human nature and your relationship with time before the whole thing enters the event horizon of the Singularity/Collapse mythos?

You want a story? I'll tell you a story. And that story will be about stories and then I'll tell you how to write one of your own beyond the page--that is, with the stuff of your life-- that so vastly exceeds the possibilities inherent in the modern homogenized corporate model that you'll need to lick toads just to get your shit back together.
The human being requires a teleological explanation, a narrative. Without it, we sink, follow, ossify, or explode. Humility can only be accessed through submission. Without humility, no genuine engagement. Through humility, discovery.
We begin as always in the same place we end: with the breath, with prayer, with ritual. First hour contextualizes "context," and seizes the notion back from the claws of the hollow man. We talk training, weapons, peace, war, and the inescapable prioritization of feeling over reason insofar as the former precedes the latter. And then, we bring back the reins of reason and fit them to an actual piece of work.
In hour two, the esoteric side, we tread into darker territory: inner work, nemesis, leisure, Criminal of Purpose, Dale Cooper, Emily Hightower, Rites and Ritual, Castaneda, Victor Frankl.

In response to a dialogue request we crack open the nature of fear.
What is it, what is its lore, its nature, its utility? PRI, de Becker, Seneca, Southnarc, Castaneda, Jaynes, and the Bible are all brought to bear in this two-hour uncut long-distance communique for the esoteric survivalists.
Upon examination we find some interesting possibilities with respect to the so-called fight or flight reaction. We undermine a few catch phrase pedantries and deepen angles on the Warrior's Way.
We'll continue in this vein to connect further the threads of posture, breathing, and calling on the War God within in future episodes.

Castaneda returns and we drop the dark aspects of his story to set up an examination of the nature of psychedelics in light of our concerns, temporal and eternal. Episode 20, the first in the dialogue series brings discussion of a mysterious novel, a mysterious counter-society, and consilience as woven live-time by heavyweight polymath and friend, James Bowery An entrepreneur and internet pioneer, Mr. Bowery talks Camp 38, ostensibly, but uses the novel as springboard to leap into and over evolutionary theory, to plumb the depths of the psyche, and to finally rise again into religious heights while, with the greatest skill, elucidating for listeners practicalities and methodology which may be key for our future well-being.

The thunder is called down for the conclusion of this practicality-focused era of the podcast. We fortify the 6-hour listener's Venn diagram by reiterating the absolutely supremacy of McCarthy, going detailed into a breathwork admonishment/argument, making various dalliances into the Golden Rule, and dropping Al Hubbard beside The Passage Prize, the Kekule Problem and generally speaking to the emerging late-American Empire ronin among us.
In hour two we hit even harder and tell a quick story about notorious NorCal's mafia "The Family" relative to the Criminal of Purpose. On offer as well is a minor reading from King of Dogs and corresponding juxtaposition/throwing of gauntlet with respect to a recent statement by a famous intellectual (who shall not remain unnamed in this episode).
The practicality of relationship management and inner equilibrium surface as recent themes and continue in episode 18. We stake out a new (but is it?) Mexican restaurant and take a close examination of recent nuances in the meta-narrative. The grinding away continues at the interpersonal level. Few notice.
Practicality reigns in hour two as we pick up where we left off with sorting contradictions in the interface between emotional and reasoning centers. The Criminal of Purpose, anarcho-primitivism, outline for fathering a mannerbund, and a mini-review of Bowden's Blood Orchid build out the episode.
In hour one we do what no survival/tactical-minded/guerilla podcast ever has---we discuss relationship templates, tactics, and strategies in the context of both The Collapse and The Collapsing. As well: The Mannerbund, knives, and Orthodox Mystagogia.
Hour two brings us to the door of the practical where we take the position of the penitent knife wielding man and segue into a Criminal of Purpose discussion where we pile on the extreme esoteric survivalism--smuggling vs. road trips, "one step off," and some social engineering chat.
At least we weave in a minor exegesis on the Goldengoatguild logo, some backstory and commentary on creativity.
In the first hour of this very merry Christmas break episode of The Warhorse we examine the value and use of memento mori in the form of the new Peregrine Precision high-end urns. As well, we skirt the edges of the ongoing Collapse and while poking the beast make the observation that while the Plague is being dialed-down the next assault is already being prepped for roll-out. Standard issue.
In hour two we pick apart a few of the recent, highly dramatic implosions on the general area of The Right (whatever that means)--mass murder, pretense, lies, absolute degeneracy. There's too much fetid material not to investigate briefly vis a vis Hoffman's contention that a great deal of The Spectacle is really about shame, humiliation, and the creation of mass-despair by way of general degradation. "You're stupid and you'll never win."
As ever, we mix up this foul brew, perform our own alchemical turns and reformulate things into a positive. Deploying the Warrior's Way to clarify--both The Way and current considerations--we draw a few distinctions, avoid saying "I told you so" about said implosions, and finish up on a cozy Criminal of Purpose chat.
Returning to the full-moon battlefield once again--undefeated, unappreciated, and unimpressed with my enemies--we launch immediately into an only partially-hinged rant pertaining in at least some general sense to The Collapse, the rapidly degenerating social landscape, and our options for mounting a response.
Hour two finds us stabilized, barely. Things are getting weird, even in a weird context. We continue, with more clarity, to clean up the wreckage of the rant before shifting over to equal segments on nutrition/Nourishing Traditions, The Criminal Purpose, and The Plan To Have No Plan aka Doing Nothing.

Hour one opens with a brief discussion on the recent Truck Ruck/Gear dump for subscribers. For reasons of precise clarity and abysmal behavior in demand of correction, we launch into a fiery improvisational rant excoriating the idea that dogs are gear. In need of cooling, we pivot to a recapitulation/QRD on the primacy of yoga and breath work. Minor intro, admonishment to explore earlier episodes. With an eye towards practicality in this podcast epoch, we boil down the reasons we use Stepwise Collapse in lieu of CW2, 4GW, etc. Winding this segment up with some meaty and nutritious exercises in The Criminal of Purpose sets all things right back on track.
Hour two: four or five notes of further clarity (working the Trivium, separating out contradictions) pertaining to dogs again, diaphragmatic breathing, breaking routine, and dry fire practice. From here we cover the latest on the Winkler Knives collaboration---looking good--and then jump off the cliff into areas of personal power and fatherhood.
Continuing in this ongoing chapter of the Warhorse audio-novel-podcast-expermient devoted to the practicalities, exigencies, and contingencies orbiting the broad and shifting topic of The Collapse, we pick up with gear in the first hour--specifically, Hill People Gear Kit Bags, holsters and Back Up Guns. Detours and digressions include: commentary on the potential, but fanciful, proposition that traditional Japanese clothing is just simply superior to Western if we consider the well-being of the individual, the useful narrative innovations of Roberto Bolano (novel 2666 in particular), and the evolving utility of the tactical bicycle.
We serve up a might addition to the exercises filed under the broad aegis of The Criminal of Purpose. The Guerrilla begins to edge his way into the conversation! The metaphysical potentialities of walking get concretized treatment. The power of the pruning shears shines through. We drop some substantial insights into E&E from the skilled tracker's POV.

The opium-like effects of the Thanksgiving Holiday just beginning to wear off lead us into a cursory examination of the guerrilla's gear: principles related to selection, Musashi's maxim, and a philosophical detour or two.
In hour two we return to tie up loose threads on the Axe and Ghille Hood before taking flight in the much-requested topic of The Collapse. Approached from several angles, we get in pretty deep, take a few swipes at celebrities, propose several operations (cognitive and otherwise) to keep the eyes peeled for, and drag Seraphim Rose into the discussion.
Too much to contain in two hours, we take a quick break and blast forward into the treachery of social media vis a vis The Collapse and keep close tabs on Anton Chigur as he brings his maxim into play. The weakness of external validation, the illusion of external hierarchies, the absolute mastery of Maximus The Confessor and a great deal do we bring to bear on this extra-long discussion, the type of which you'll find nowhere else.
Huberman Labs and the CIA combine to provide us all the fodder we need to substantiate the reality and importance, not only of The Warrior's Way explication (episodes 8, 9, 10), but also of the extravagant structure and decade of multifarious work informing King of Dogs.
How's that work?
We employ a new study, as analyzed and summarized by Andrew Huberman, regarding the stunning relationships between narrative and the human heart/CNS to make yet grander connections between quantum weaponry-- as smuggled between reader and writer, The Warrior's Way, unofficial logoi, and the structure of the Universe (to say nothing of man's experience in said Universe).
As well, for the flip side, the laggards, and the sheer oddity of it all we dissect the recently released CIA/Fort Meade documents pertaining to their exhaustive study on the Monroe Institute/Gateway Process. Quickly pulled apart in Hoffman's terms, we put things back together by removing a few contradictions and reconfiguring certain elements to more appropriate means.
Orthodox perspectives, Dale Cooper's omnipresence, The Two Davids, a new sponsor, Hoffman's razor hand, McCarthy's near omnipotent literary genius, and a few nutritious detours make this an episode so worthy of sharing that we opened it up for everyone.

Dream and The Dreamer
Our concern is to approach by many oblique angles the elusive topic of The Master and we so while hunted, at war on the cognitive level, with the homunculi and various lesser minions at our heels, and all the while cast in the lunar light thrown out in the highly-charged, and oat-milk infused auspices of the great Beaver moon 2021.
Episode 10 finds us absconding with cosmic power every which way. Treasure is taken!
The slow-rolling thunder of the witchy world is stolen out from under the honey-masque noses of the many yoga-covens. Fair play. We store it in deep recesses and the few stunned onlookers only shake their heads as it's shuttled off, sequestered, smuggled seemingly into the dark of night--but cached securely far from the roiling strange anti-flesh of The Mold to fuel the unrelenting forward rumble of the Warhorse.
Healing modalities, the relationship with the father (both more and more simple than one may assume), the nature of genius as aether fire trapped temporarily in vessels both mystical and accessible---to some. We drop some gear tips, detour with care to harp on Sorge, build out the permeable realities of the triune structure of the Warrior's Way and ultimately return to our old pal, and the archetypal detective, Mr. Dale Cooper.
As the show-trial of Rittenhouse comes to a close under the full moon we see fate or destiny, the many enraged Furies of myth, and sense the quickening of the realms. You're a fool to ignore it, and we are fools to bind ourselves to the media cycle.
Pivoting up and out of the Loop and landing on firm ground for some serious practical exercises, we are mercilessly yanked back out of the comforting embrace of familiarity, and rocketed through the tentacular grasping of the Spectacle, only to land back in the enchanted, though deeply austere territory of The Warrior's Way.
In hour one we provide several unique and highly fortifying exercises for both the yogi and the Criminal of Purpose. We examine honor in a world lacking the same, and the potential true nature of genius. We admit: yes, it'd be nice if God stepped in soon. An introduction to personal power.
Hour two, the trains rolls on into electric eels, the smuggling of Quantum Weaponry and surreptitious transfer of the Way. Musashi makes an appearance. Personal power, in Toltec and modern terms is analyzed in full. Ramifications may be forthcoming.
Wrapping up that which will never be wrapped requires some careful consideration--revolving doors are standard in dreamland. Fear, The Hunter, Dale Cooper, LaFond, the expansion of and another minor archeological dig for the detective archetype.
On the quantum level this episode begins and ends everywhere. It is hounded across the plains by hobo demons, assaulted by worldly interruptions of all manner and awash with diabolical dream tones. We find ourselves aflame with strange connective contemplation not fit for standardized consumption, and quench the fire in the balms and salves of the true road to enchanted, mythic, dream-zone existence in a world seemingly on pause.
In the melee arose the urgent apparent need for supplemental textual and spiritual ordering efforts resulting in the related mini-essay available for subscribers. Once more, to war unseen.
Mystical numeral 7 gathers the remnant up from the moonlit wreckage of recent revelations. See them clung to the debris, shell-shocked by the ancient question--yet a strange vitality glowers from their shapes. And see them now become recharged to face silent wars.
In hour one we crush Rene Girard, pay homage again to Mamet, break of the well-worn Joseph Campbell and square up to the dream where you wear one of his thousand faces.
Hour two, Lynch's lifetime of ritual dedication to his art pulls us all through---if only you will listen. Recursion experienced with the aid of hallucinogens. Hunter Thompson, Old Man Cormac, and others uphold the superstructure of the narrative woven for listeners as we wind up engaged once again with the Criminal of Purpose, The Hunter, The Warrior, and The Master.

Three segments: introduction to the dreamer and the dream; language of the dream and the ambiguity of reality; the Dream of the Criminal of Purpose. Section one we range far and wide of some rough country to collect together the many pearls of this multifaceted, and highly ornate treasure of an episode.
Hour one is devoted to discussion of the dreamer and the dream.
Hour two, we begin to bridge the chasm between pure abstraction and the practical.

We take our cues from the master Michael Hoffman and riff through the first hour to set up the pay-off in hour two. A brief history of the Warrior's Way as an academic/modern conception, including the introduction of Robert S de Ropp. The daemon has worked overtime to dredge up some new heavy-duty armatures for extensive metaphysical dissection. You'll get the idea!
Portland micro-covens, Eyes Wide Shut, and historical symbolism merge into high-falutin, and refined speculative notions of fecundity. Random sacrifice, orgies, and worse descend and derail us for Halloween into some fittingly bizarre territory. We exfil hard and fast.
We gather all powers of concentration, such as they are in this dispersed age, in order to dial in hard on three points perhaps left more opaque than necessary in Episode 4.
1-to know war, know peace. The nature of war is not defined (or even close) by state actors, which recall are mere aberrations of mind and entirely hollow beyond the individual minds that steer them.
2-Conservatism masks fatalism and defeatism. Blood Meridian: "What's wrong with you is wrong all the way through you." One that may piss you off but one that may kill you if you don't square up to it asap.
3-The point of fatherhood was always the hunter, the warrior, the master. Precision and ferocity. The idea of a job as stand-in for virtue or real duty is evil.
The mountainmen of the early American West are, in my opinion and as is consistent the presentation here, the true heroes of the era. Their rightful place at the peak of the hierarchy of heroes was usurped by a strange, not entirely intentional, conspiracy involving pulp fiction novellas, Hollywood and, perhaps, convenience.
After an extended opening homage to what might be the greatest single knife ever made--the Winkler Operator, we launch into the background and lives of Jim Bridger and Kit Carson, making the case that in these two men are exemplified not only the known and accepted qualities that arise around and within the hero, but also here we can can intuit something more rare yet---an interiority focused by time and severity of demands to result in a giftedness beyond the men themselves. We close the hour by taking not-quite-vicious-but certainly-painful swipes at a few celebrities.
In hour two we examine further this gift: what is its nature, can we access it today, what would be the route thereto? We discuss the value in building and altering routines with respect to the Trivium, and posit an imaginative exercise involving a crossroads, a witch, and personal power. Here we stretch out--- and deliver exactly two solid hours of uncut, unedited monologue following a rough outline based on the topics of David Lynch, Heidegger, Michael Hoffman, the cliffhanger of episode 4, and our pillars of discussion thus far.
We splice breathwork to deathwork and supplant our will back into ritual in an act of direct defiance in the face of technocracy. We detail the reality of true portals, touch on Ernst Junger, diversity, cuttlefish, cymatics, fractals, the essence of the artist, and drop some examples to help illustrate the fine points in the operation of re-binding our intuitive/emotional and reasoning centers to integrate along the panentheistic Jornada del Muerto.
We return with a triple-monologue weaving back to breath work, forward to death work, lacing together threads and tangents regarding fine weaponry, exile, grief, the Portland of yore, the Rhodesian Combat Tracking Unit, only to wind up with a cliffhanger that will require some heavy thought and focus to tie-up in the upcoming fifth and (it appears) final installment of this free Pilot Series.
In the third installment of the Pilot Series arrives a mixed bag riffing on the subversive theme of intentional and advanced tactics in cultural appropriation. Included is substantive discussion related to the nature of commitment, a list of potential guests, how to get into yoga, more specific and unique breath work. We grab some academic understanding of the diaphragm, build out yet more the theory of The Mold, and finish up with some theory and praxis regarding Mushashi's goal of becoming a criminal of purpose.
In this free, Pilot episode 2 we go long and deep into a wide-ranging description of The Mold as the default interface with the world. The Mold is that element of our psychic selves that we can confront in the physical plane. Various detours into Portland, PTSD, the value and application of breath work start to weave together a tapestry whereupon we can peer from a particular angle into the nature of our shaky circumstances.
This is the first of a Pilot Series to work out the kinks in what I intend to be a valuable contribution to the larger online conversion.
Though I might leave the running diesel in for monologues like this one, eventually my vision is for a polished show with segments. One of those will include guests for discussion and interviews. I imagine a commentary section, or even full episodes of commentary on those discussions.
