Isn't it unfortunate that Buzz Lightyear's character is built upon disillusionment? The concept that he isn't exceptional, that he is just like everyone else, and that he won't be satisfied unless he accepts his unremarkable fate. He isn't a super galactic hero; he's just another replaceable toy on a shelf with hundreds of others. This is both a peaceful and yet a gloomy concept.
