The Middle with Matthew Emerzian and Friends

There is the day we were born and the day we will leave this life. Everything else I call, "The Middle." The middle is where life happens. Where moments happen.The middle is also the space between one another where we connect and experience what it is to be human. And when we put down our technology and cast our fears, hurts, insecurities, and safe places aside we get to experience the magic of life. I learned this on a personal level, having to overcome severe anxiety and depression and to relearn why my life matters. Thankfully, I found the middle by opening my heart, offering my true whole self, to authentically love and serve perfect strangers, my relationships, the world, and myself. Fortunately, I have had the pleasure of meeting other people who have done the same thing, but not always for the same reasons. This podcast is my chance to share these people with you—To hear their stories, to discover how they found purpose, meaningful, and connection to something bigger than themselves. Let’s laugh until it hurts, shed a tear if we need to, and be inspired to embrace living in the middle. I can’t wait to share these moments with you… the middle is awaiting us.
