He is the Executive Director of Drobec UK a management consulting firm; and a Founding Director of Francis Bernard’s, a property development company in UK. He is a lecturer and Associate Programme Manager of Undergraduate Business and Law at the University of Sunderland, in London. He has earned a BA(Hons) from the University of Cape Coast, MTh from the University of Edinburgh, MBA from the University of Leicester, a PhD from the University of Birmingham and a Postgrad Cert in Academic Practice from the University of Sunderland. He is a fellow of the Chartered Managers Institute (FCMI); Fellow of Higher Education Authority (FHEA) and Member of Institute of Management and Leadership (MInstLH)
