Today's podcast episode is a light hearted, fun mixed with a bit of sass and a lot of laughs. It's "What Every Woman Should Know and Remember" inspired by grandmother, Sarah Scott. She was the original Me Time Advocate. These tips come from a letter that she wrote me when I was in the U.S. Army. I was 18 just out of high school and stationed in Hanau, Germany. Enjoy!!

I came across an episode of Oprah’s Masterclass with Robin Roberts from Good Morning America. This was right after she had overcome her blood disorder disease known as pre-leukemia. She was in remission. Robin talked about how her mother came up with the idea to write herself a letter every day for a year. It was a challenge. Her mother learned a lot about herself and all the life lessons that were being shown to her. Robin decided to do it and so did I. These were some of the lessons that I learned.
