Welcome to the IDA Podcast! We are journeying through who the IDA was, is and will become. This journey will begin with an informative look at why the IDA was formed. We will look through each of the groups that make up the volunteer list serving the association. We will finish up season one with the President and Vice President coming on to talk about the future directions of the association.

Every President has their stamp on the what they do with a year inside the IDA. When Rob Schrufer took his year of Presidency he stamped out the Skills Validation testing. Bob And Marshall hear from Rob about the certificates and why he feels you should be apart of the IDA.
It takes many behind the scenes workings to make our great association function. The main heart beat of the IDA comes from The Board! Jason Rose who has one of the greatest successes stories in the industry and has been serving for over five years. Let’s find out from Jason, Bob and Marshall all about the IDA Board.
