Trusting God when you are having trouble with bad news or having a rough time. God's love can help and he understands human moments.
We need to remember that we are human and not super in our own strength. Don't worry about being perfect and strong. Rest and be ready for God's strength to make you strong!
Have you ever chastising yourself because you don't have it together all the time. No one can keep it together all the time. Only God can who holds the whole world in his hand. We are created by a loving God.
What is your response to loving others? How will you love one another and take action. Stick to the basics

I share an essay that I wrote about my friend Millie. It touched Millie's heart so much that she read it to her Lodge group and she got a standing ovation. Friends we need to be kind we don't know whether our friends will be with us in the next couple days or the next moment life is fragile. Whether we agree or not with our friends our friends still need our friendship.
I'm struggling with brain fog and frustration. I'm trying to write on my mom's Hazel's life and I'm having trouble telling the story from 1943 to 19 48. I'm frustrated with brain fog and I have to clarify things with people. This is my journey to Healing is spending time with Jesus and in his presence and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in and through our lives my life. I get discouraged with brain fog but I also know that my hope is in the Lord.
I have to purposely keep my eyes open for Jesus. Physical, pain issues make it so that we become edgy and fretful. We learn the importance of calming down and that The Lord is my shepherd and he brings us what we need.
I put aside anxiety and fear and I thank God for his many blessings for me. Thanksgiving comes for us in Ontario Canada in October. Give thanks with a grateful heart give thanks to the Holy one who's giving us Jesus Christ. But the week say that I am strong and the poor say I am rich because of what crisis done give thanks

Sunday morning chats at the parking lot coffee shop with my observations. And I find that we don't need to be perfect but perfected by God.
It's Sunday morning I have gathered with my husband in the parking lot for a coffee. I am observing people coming in and out of the parking lot. Driveway coffee shop. I then talk about names and that God knows me by my name and that meanings of names my names. I asked the question is your name written in God's book does he know your name.
In the car coffee shop. My mood was not good but I went to Layton my mood from feeling grumpy from lack of sleep. Thankfully my observations continue and it lightens my mood
Once again we're at the coffee shop in the car. It's raining but still we are not disappointed by the Sunday morning coffee crowd in the parking lot and through drive-thru

We need to be still before God when we're grieving and going through a rough time. We also need the balance of knowing when to be doing things and being still before God. We need to know God through being in contact with God and hearing his voice. mummpedro@gmail.com
The enemy likes to bring us down when you are weary and have pain. And we need to use the Bible so that we will not be defeated or let the devil tear us apart. We need to stand up and fight and we don't fight alone.
Gentleness is needed when we interact with others in our everyday life. It is so important to make sure that everyone is treated kindly and with gentleness.
It is important to stick to Jesus in every area of our life whether we are going through pain or loss or have had lack of sleep, sickness. We need to stick close to Jesus. It is so important to have the fruit of the Spirit. One of the fruit of the spirit is gentleness. And oh some days we have to ask for the gift of gentleness when we are going through a hot day or a difficult day and difficult time of sickness in our life.
I have found the goodness of God in the good and the bad of my life. I share a memory with my family on vacation at Glen Rocks. Jesus Is My Rock and helps me to move forward.

Her moods are on reliable. And they will let us down. The love of Jesus his presence is with us at all times and is reliable.
Who do you see in the mirror what are your first thoughts when you look into the mirror. Did you see yourself as God's child. Did you see yourself as a daughter of the king, or do you have thoughts that you aren't worth anything and you are full of Shame. Come just As You are and let God show you who you are and what God thinks of you.
Following Jesus instead of the churches rules. We can know true followers by the love of Jesus from their actions and living and listening to the Holy Spirit. We need to listen to the Holy Spirit and not a heart as our heart has emotions that are not reliable. And we need to be still and know that God hears us so that we can hear the still small voice of God.
It's easy to procrastinate when God leads us to make a decision. But we miss out on a blessing when we procrastinate and don't obey God's nudge and making a decision. That's not be afraid to listen to God's voice and take the next step to God's blessing
Mary and Martha Needed to be at jesus' feet and not distracted. Martha was distracted by God.

Winds stirring up doubts to where God has called us to. Learning to get back on track by knowing who We are in Christ and believing what Christ says about us.
Another connecting moment to God happens to me on the trail. I find answers on the trail. I know that God's presence is with me on the trail and that God loves me and knows my name and knows all about me.

Is Sunday afternoon on the bike trail. A storm comes up and mix up with where to meet me by my husband. And Jesus brings me joy and peace when I realize that God is in control.
When things aren't going well who do you turn to? When you feel that the world's against you and are shaming you who do you go to to help you through this struggle. I go to the Rock
Have you ever messed up I think that God is angry with you. And that you cannot come back to him. Well my friend I have news for you Jesus will not shame you come to him and allow him to reinstate you. Be prepared to change and not repeat what you've done.
When you have doubts and you have fears and questions about how God is working in your life ask God he will help you.
Coming to Jesus and doing a great dump and keeping the lies at Bay and dumping them. These lights come from the enemy and need to be destroyed.
Keeping life and thoughts in perspective. Walking to win. Walking during times of discouragement.
Knowing that even though we have limitations that God can use us to help others as we spend time with God that others will be drawn to what we have by spending time with Jesus.
