CHILDREN BOOK • Story title : “Sleeping Beauty" • Summary of the story : Once upon a time, in a kingdom a queen gave birth to a beautiful little princess named Princess Aurora. To welcome his presence the king made a big celebration, he invited all the people including the 12 fairies who lived in the kingdom, except the 13th fairy. During the celebration, the 13th fairy came angry and gave a blessing in the form of a curse to the princess. On her 16th birthday the princess will be pricked with needles and sleep for a long time. Sure enough, on her 16th birthday, Aurora was pricked by a needle and slept for hundreds of years including all the people in the kingdom until a prince came who kissed Princess Aurora and the curse was broken. Eventually they got married and the kingdom lived happily ever after. CARTOON MOVIE • Movie title : “Raya and The Last Dragon” • Summary of the Movie : Long ago, when an evil force threatened Kumandra Country, the dragons had to fight to save humanity and sacrifice themselves, because humans and dragons basically live side by side. However, after 500 years, the monster known as Druun has again disturbed the peace of Kumandra Country. Raya with his best friend Tuk tuk and some of his friends are here to find the Sisu dragon and stop the Druun attack. During the search, there were many obstacles and challenges that Raya had to face until she finally meet Sisu. Raya and Sisu and some of his friends struggled to reunite the Kumandra so that it became as it was before, which was peaceful and harmonious.
My experience : My experience after practicing the new vocabulary that I got from reading children book and watch cartoon movie of course I feel happy and not bored. By practicing the new vocabulary, it can improve my memory in composing sentences so that when I practice it by speaking in everyday life I can speak more fluently and better. I think practicing vocabulary in both ways is very interesting to do to improve my English skills.

The new vocabulary that I got was very interesting and related to everyday conversation, making it easier for me to practice it. By practicing the vocabulary, it further improves my ability to understand the meaning of vocabulary, compose sentences, and how to pronounce words so that when I speak I pronounce them more fluently. Every day they spend time together happily. But as time passed, the boy grew into a young man. One day the young man came back to the tree he wanted money, the tree told him to sell the fruit. Another time, he wanted a house, the tree suggested cutting its branches. Then the young man wanted a boat, the tree suggested cutting down the trunk. So that the tree is only the stump. When he was old, the man came back again, the tree said he could no longer help him. But the man just asked for a seat and the tree told him to sit on its stump. The boy realized he came to the tree when he needed it, even though the tree was still happy. CARTOON MOVIE • Movie title : “Tangled” • Summary of the Movie : Once upon a time, a baby girl with long golden hair was born, named Rapunzel. One day Rapunzel is kidnapped by an evil old woman named Gothel and brought to a hidden tower. Rapunzel is not allowed out of the tower until one day Flynn arrives in the tower. This is where Rapunzel's adventure begins, days pass Rapunzel realizes that she is a lost princess and Gothel is the woman who kidnapped her. Knowing that Gothel was furious, she tried to harm Rapuzel. But finally Flynn came to the rescue by cutting Rapunzel's hair to remove Gothel's youthful magic. Ghotel instantly turned to dust. Besides, Rapunzel is sad because Flynn is dying, her tears fall and make Flynn recover. Then Flynn brought Rapunzel back to the castle. My experience :
My experience after practicing new vocabulary from reading children book and watch cartoon movie was very fun and interesting. By practicing these vocabulary, I can improve my English skills to be better. In addition, the new vocabulary that I got helps me remember the previous vocabulary so that it is easier for me to compose more varied sentences and when I speak in everyday life there are many choices of vocab that I can apply. Anin : " How are you today ra ?. My mom said today you look paler than usual. Are you sick?." Rara : "Yes nin, the day I was experiencing menstrual pain because today is the first day of my menstruation. Have you ever felt it too?” Anin : " Yes I have, I've felt it several times and it really hurts so I understand it. Does that happen to you often? Rara : "Yes, nin, almost every month I feel this menstrual pain and it really disturbs my activities. Anin : "That's right, sometimes many people are unable to carry out activities because they experience menstrual pain, some even can only lie in bed. Do you still feel pain now? Rara : "Still nin, do you have a way to relieve or overcome it? ✔️My Experience With Patner : My experience is that after I practice speaking English with my partner, I feel happy and want to do it again. Practicing with a partner makes me more confident in my English skills. Besides that, I also feel challenged because when I practice with my partner I have to be able to understand every sentence spoken by my partner and I also have to think about the words which I then make into sentences that can be understood by my partner. I also have to pay attention to the clarity of word pronunciation and intonation when speaking so that my partner can understand what I say. From the conversations I get a lot of new vocabulary that I can practice in everyday life. I think practicing speaking with a partner is an effective way to improve English skills because we can correct each other if there are mistakes.
✔️My Experience After Practicing the Vocabulary : My experience after practicing the new vocabulary that I got from conversations with my partner, I feel happy and this is very interesting to do. I feel there is better progress regarding my English skills and I'm getting used to it. The vocabulary is certainly easy to understand, so I can practice it in everyday life. ✔️My experience: My experience after practicing the new vocabulary that I got from listening to the two songs I definitely felt happy and enjoyed it. The new vocabulary that I got from the song further improved my ability to speak English, moreover, the vocabulary of the song is closely related to everyday life. CHILDREEN BOOK • Story Title : " Beauty and The Beast" • Summary of the Story : Once upon a time, there lived a merchant with his beautiful daughter named Belle, one day the merchant was lost in the forest and found a castle with many roses, he chose one to give to Belle. Because of his actions he had to enter into a pact with the beast to send Belle to the castle. The merchant sadly went home and told Belle everything. To fulfill it, Belle went to the castle. One day the beast was seriously ill, after living a life together, Belle fell in love with the beast, before losing her, Belle confessed her love feelings and kissed the beast. Instantly the beast turned into a handsome prince. He was a handsome prince who was cursed by an evil witch. Only true love can break the curse and Belle is true love. Finally they got married and lived happily.
CARTOON MOVIE • Movie Title :" Finding Nemo" • Movie synopsis : Nemo is the only egg that survived from predatory fish. When Nemo was growing up, Marlin's father took him to school. One day Nemo swims to the surface of the sea, Marlin is worried about him. That's right, Nemo was caught by the dentist and taken to an aquarium near the dock. Marlin is sad he continues to look for Nemo throughout the ocean, on his way Marlin meets Dory, a kind-hearted fish who wants to help him find Nemo. My experience : My experience after practicing new vocabulary from children book and cartoon movie I feel happy, I can find a lot of new vocabulary that I have never known before, it enriches my vocabulary even more so that when I speak in everyday life the sentences I use can be varied and not convoluted anymore. I think practicing new vocabulary using both ways is a lot of fun.

✔The first news “ Singapore reports 1,939 COVID-19 cases, highest since beginning of pandemic”
Singapore's Ministry of Health reported 1,939 new Covid-19 cases on sunday, the highest since the beginning of the pandemic. A recent rise in cases occurred after the relaxation of some Covid-19 measures. Previously on Friday there was also an increase. Singaporean government said it will tighten again COVID-19 curbs to limit social gatherings of two people and work from home a default in a bid to contain a spike in infections and reduce pressure on the healthcare system. My experience after practicing speaking English with a partner, I feel very challenged. When practicing with my partner, I have to speak and think at the same time to organize the words into clear sentences so that my partner can understand them. I also have to understand every sentence and word spoken by my partner. From the sentences spoken by my partner, I get a lot of new vocabulary that I can practice in everyday life. In addition, practicing with a partner feels very interesting and fun because we can share and correct each other if there is a wrong way of pronouncing, and arranging sentences. Learning English through talking together with a partner feels easier and more relaxed. Thank you.

I'm Anin Asila Devi(6411421039) In journal week 4 the topic is reading children book dan watch cartoon movie CHILDREN BOOK • Story Title : " Hansel and Gretel" • Summary of the Story : Hansel and Gretel are two brothers who live in the forest with their father and stepmother. Their stepmother is evil. When their family lacked food, their mother persuaded their father to leave Hansel and Gretel in the forest. The first plan they succeeded in thwarting by dropping pebbles along the road to the road home. But for the second time Hansel and Gretel lost track, the biscuit crumbs they had dropped were eaten by the pigeons. This makes them lost in the forest. When in the forest they meet an evil witch who wants to eat them, because of their intelligence, they can escape and find their way home. Finally they arrived home. Their father was very happy to see his son home. beside their stepmother had died. Finally they can live happily ever after. CARTOON MOVIE • Movie Title :" We Bear Bears - Frozen ice" • Movie synopsis: Panda is surprised when he opens the fridge to see an ice bear, frozen in a block of ice. Grizz tries to break the ice bear from the ice block, but fails. Panda has an idea that the ice will melt if it is given something hot. Panda and Grizz have done various ways. But it's all in vain, the ice bear is still frozen, the grizz and the panda start to give up. They hugged the ice bear lovingly, unexpectedly the ice blocks broke and the ice bear was really alive. My experience: My experience after practicing using vocabulary from children books and cartoon movie I feel that there has been progress in my English. I can understand the sentences between the sentences, the story line and the message of the story. I found a lot of new vocabulary, the vocabulary is easy to reach and very related to everyday life so that I can use it in my daily life. In addition, through these two things, I can practice my skills regarding reading, listening, and speaking.
