In this episode Tom and Thomas discuss what they think are the reasons behind the success of the new virtual/in-person style of bootcamp. Community engagement is KEY!
This new style of virtual & in-Person bootcamp was a huge success for all those who took part in January. We knew that we were offering a lot out of the gate and that may have seemed intimidating to some people,
"5 workouts a week, I don't have time for that..."
But what we found throughout this program was that the encouragement and accountability of the group helped everyone within it stay the course throughout. Sure, everyone didn't make every single workout, but the camaraderie of the group kept everyone within it striving to to get better. So when someone couldn't do a specific workout, they'd reach out to the group and say
"I won't be at bootcamp today but I am going to a yoga class in place of it."
That is the sentiment that we are going to look to continue in February's session! We'll also look to incorporate a group focus on nutrition as well as mental health strategies this month because we know the power of the group will help each of those areas as well!
In this episode Tom & Thomas discuss what's going well with the Month of Motivation group that they have going for January.
