Discovery Education Equity Talks is a webinar and podcast series featuring our nation’s top education leaders as they discuss cultivating equity and excellence for all. Season 3 is back with new sessions each month for the 2021-22 school year.
Many of us belong to affinity groups centered on our backgrounds, interests, or demographics such as gender or ethnicity through professional organizations or through our workplaces. In education, these groups play a critical role in fostering female school leaders and leaders of color, which positively affects academic achievement and social and emotional learning for all students.
