In this episode I am joined by Jamie Clements. Jamie is a breathwork coach and facilitator based in London. After suffering from severe anxiety and panic attacks, Jamie discovered breathwork and found that it significantly improved his mental and physical wellbeing. Jamie believes in full spectrum breathwork which includes functional breathing, performance breathing, nervous system regulation, and deep healing modalities of breath.

Jamie also runs events and retreats in the UK and abroad and is becoming one of the most recognised breathwork facilitators in the space right now. His wisdom and grounded energy truly special and it was a pleasure to speak with him!

In this episode I speak to Kate Lister. Kate is a singer and songwriter for the Foobirds and a voice and yoga teacher. Kate is trained in classical, jazz, and contemporary voice and has recorded professionally since the age of 13.

As well as teaching yoga over the last 8 years at many studios over London and retreats she helps people to uncover new levels of confidence, self expression, self-understanding, creativity, and joyfulness through the use of their voice.

Nat Rich has been one of my best friends for many years and I was super happy to speak to her for my podcast.

Nat is radically honest about her personal struggles. On this episode I speak to Bradley Woodhouse, the founder of the WELD (Wellbeing, Exercise, Lifestyle, Diet) wellbeing app which allows customers to search for and book group exercise, classes, or personal training sessions with fitness professionals.

Brad's journey is a fascinating one. He grew up in South Africa and at the age of 24 he was diagnosed with brain cancer. He was temporarily paralysed after four brain surgeries and during his recovery he also suffered from post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression as well as survivors guilt. With some of the brain tumour still in in his brain, Brad is trying to live a life that he can be proud of.

Bradley had to source a number of health professionals throughout his journey and after speaking with many of them, he realised that so many people who worked in the healthcare industry didn't earn what they deserved. Brad wanted to dedicate himself to the health and wellbeing industry in a way that supports the people who provide services.

Brad is such an inspiration and it was amazing hearing about his drive and journey.
