Mental health is a tough conversation, but we are here to start it! The HHREC Podcast takes pride in sharing stories from community members, mental health advocates, and health professionals to shed light on mental health issues taking over our society.HHREC is a nonprofit program located on 1905 San Pablo Ave, in Downtown Oakland.

Tiphereth Banksy is a creative artist, entrepreneur, and art student that was born in Berkeley CA, and raised in the Bay Area. At an early age, Tiphereth grew a strong passion for art. By 2013, she was officially selling her own paintings and merchandise, winning art contests and competitions, submitting work to exhibitions, working on murals, and teaching youth how to properly use art supplies while hosting art workshops.
Tiphereth has also found a passion to help, assist, mentor, and support the youth in my community. In the far future, she plans on opening a community center for the youth to heal, have a sanctuary, truly benefit, and expand their personal and professional skills.
