Did you know you could live stream your holiday choir concert to YouTube using Google Meet? Fa la la la la la la la yup. What about having students fill out PDFs using an app built into the Chromebook? Speaking of PDFs - Book Creator now lets you import PDFs. They also have added the ability to crop images and photos. Plus, a few more updates from Quizizz and a contest! 3 winners will each get a prize worth $72!
Adobe is offering a free tool to animate our voices. Canva has added a Remote Control option that eliminates the need to say “next slide.” They’ve also added new slide transitions including one that can help you make awesome stop motion animations. Pear Deck has given us a sneak peek at a new gamified feature, Quizizz has added matching and reordering questions, plus a live whiteboard feature. Also, Wakelet has a trio of new features: easily adding Canva designs, Adobe Express creations, and Flip videos into collections. Sticker Mule Studio is available for creating graphics. And, finally, Google has added new Google Drive keyboard shortcuts, a display for images in Classroom, and full page embeds in Sites.

Flipgrid is rebranding as Flip and has many changes on the way, Edpuzzle is allowing students to upload videos in student projects, Screencast-O-Matic has added interactive quizzes and polls, Loom has added automatic transcription to all accounts and added the ability to stitch videos together, and, finally, Mote has added a new feature called Mote Loops.
