As a Commander in the Navy, Jonathan has had the privilege to have led over 742 Sailors in his 16 year career while managing a budget of up to $2.8M. He has personally interacted with five different foreign Navies, including a presentation on Damage Control to 110 Officers of the Saudi Navy.
He does not believe that a second career should have a cold start upon retirement from military service, so he established his real estate investing company in 2018. In this venture, he has led teams of syndicators, managed several concurrent renovation and acquisition projects, spoke in several meetup groups and podcast interviews, raised $1.23M for acquisitions, and gained valuable experience with SEC law compliance.
His team has bought $4.59M in properties, completed $1.53M in renovations, and currently control $8.3M in single family and small multi-family real estate. His team has also joined with other active investors to purchase and operate several larger multi-family deals totaling $17.1M in value.
