In this short episode I chat about the influence the diet culture has on us and our ability to listen to our hunger cues. In this episode I'm sharing with parents what to keep an eye on when it comes to your child's gut health. Kids can't always tell you how they are feeling or describe easily what is troubling them. Often they don't know any different. So keeping an eye on these symptoms can be the sign that you might want to investigate more.

If some of the signs I mention in this episode tick the boxes with your child's symptoms, then contact me and let's work on it together. You can book a free 15 minute discovery call here. You can also check out all my services and offers at brookearcher.com.au

In this episode I'm sharing the basics on Leaky Gut Syndrome. What it actually means, the effects that it can have on your body, and importantly what you can do to reduce your symptoms. The gut effects the whole body, making sure that is working optimally, and absorbing all the good stuff that keeps you healthy is important.

If you have or suspect you have a leaky gut or altered intestinal permeability then work with a qualified practitioner who can assist with testing, reducing inflammation, dietary advice, and supplementation if required. This can be a big and sometimes longer process, that you’ll likely need assistance with, because while you might intend to do good, you can in fact cause more harm and symptoms if you're not careful. Coming soon...my FREE Leaky Gut Meal Plan - keep an eye out for that on my socials.
